Sense of calm,
Sense of trust,
Deeper feeling anxious,
Overwhelmed,
Doubtful,
Experiencing inner criticism,
Inner judgment,
Loneliness,
Boredom,
Or perhaps even joyfulness.
Peace.
Something celebratory or something in between.
Once whatever you're feeling is a-okay,
We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to our awareness of something beyond the pain.
Beyond the worries.
Beyond the desires.
Back to the present.
That being said,
My friend,
Get in comfortable.
You can lie down or sit up.
Close the eyes or leave them open.
Whatever you like.
Getting to witness and welcome your inner worlds.
As it is.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands,
Relaxing the feet,
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you.
Relaxing all the muscles in the face.
In the stomach,
Simply letting go of tension.
You take a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale.
Breathing into every cell of the body.
And exhale.
Breathing in left.
And exhale.
Breathing in chest and exhale.
Breathing in groundedness and exhale.
Breathing in,
Balance.
And exhale.
Breathing in hardly.
Exhale.
Breathing in compassion.
And exhale.
Breathing in forgiveness.
And access.
Building an awareness and exit.
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes.
Relaxing the mind.
Not minding the mind but allowing it to unwind.
De-stress.
Simply letting go of worries and stress coming into this moment.
Unlike any moment that's been before.
So take a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
And hold,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Way to stay with it,
My friend.

Remember to have faith in yourself as you continue on your path.
So much uncertainty that we can lose faith in ourself,
Faith in life.

Coming back to trust in the unfolding of life as you breathe in.

Of your awareness,
Of your aliveness.
As you take one last deep breath for now.
And exhale.

Have you ever thought how good it feels to be accepted as you are by somebody else,
That they see you,
Know you and they accept you they embrace you as you are that feeling is so good now just imagine what it feels like to do that with yourself and with all the people that you interact with,
That you come across,
To practice this way of accepting them.
Exactly as they are,
Not needing anything different from them.
And as well,
Accepting yourself.
It doesn't mean that we don't go on changing.
We're already gonna go on changing and evolving day by day,
Moment by moment.
So it's not that if we accept ourselves that we're never going to change,
We're never going to.
