Find your favorite meditative posture this morning.
Close or lower your eyes,
Aligning your awareness inward.
As you align and let go into your sacred space,
Start to deepen each inhalation,
Each exhalation,
As you inhale,
Inviting fresh air into your lungs,
Fresh air into your eyes.
As you exhale,
Letting go of the stagnation from the evening before,
Any stiffness around your neck or your shoulders.
As you prepare yourself for your beautiful day,
Imagine as the sun rises over the horizon,
Receiving the freshness of the morning.
As the creator of your experience,
As the creator of your day,
You'll set your intention for the rest of your day,
Asking yourself,
What is it that I want to create or do by the end of the day?
Maybe it's something simple such as unloading your dishwasher,
Or organizing your closets.
Maybe it's a task that you have to complete at work.
How do you want to create your experience today?
Whatever it is,
Make it so that you can manifest it by the end of your day.
See yourself,
The actions you need to take in order to manifest this desire,
This intention.
Take a moment to go through in detail the steps you need to take.
What thoughts do you think that put forth energy into its creation?
Thoughts of optimism,
Or determination,
Or of purpose.
Take a moment to notice how your thoughts drive your actions.
Be purposeful with your thinking.
Do you care what others think?
Care what you think first.
Now imagine,
What does your body feel like if you manifest this intention?
Is it stronger?
More confident?
More buoyant?
More plugged in?
Create here.
Create the future and the present moment.
Guide your actions.
Create your thoughts.
Visualize what it is that you intend.
This energy alights in your brain,
Driving your actions towards manifestation.
Breathe in with confidence knowing that you'll manifest this intention by the end of your day.
As you exhale,
Bring your hands to a prayer at the heart.
Honor the vision,
The attention,
The care to the seeds that grow from within.
Seeds that grow and flourish by the end of your day.
Have a beautiful day.
Namaste.
