Bringing yourself into your favorite meditative posture,

If you're lying down or seated,

Feel your spine growing taller,

Longer,

Eyes softly closed or lowered,

Planting the seed in this meditation as we greet the day with love in your heart.

Slowly,

Breathing in through your nose,

And if you like,

Roll your shoulders up towards your ears.

As you exhale,

Draw your shoulders down away from your ears to open your heart.

A few more rounds on your own,

Maybe shrugging your shoulders up towards your ears,

Then sliding the shoulders down,

The shoulder blades onto the back,

So the heart is free to open,

Releasing any tension or stress above and below the heart,

Using this magical breath.

All of your presence,

Aware of your body,

Allowing your breath to return back to its natural state,

As you greet the day with love in your heart,

Loving the sun as it warms your bones,

Warms your skin,

Loving the rain as it cleanses and washes away impurities,

Washes away any tensions,

Having a cleansing effect on your soul,

Embracing the light as it leads your way,

The light of the sun contained within you,

Yourself a piece of stardust,

Appreciating the dark for the backdrop to the light,

The backdrop to the trillions of stars in the sky,

Embracing the happy times for the fulfillment and radiance that comes from within,

And if there's sadness,

Holding the space for yourself as it opens your soul and creates a space for the light to shine in,

As you move through your day,

Greeting it with a love in your heart to accept whatever it is,

You create the space to allow,

And in this high state of vibration,

You connect not just to yourself,

But to those around you as a beacon of loving light,

Your body is radiant,

Filled by this light and this love,

A rainbow of colors that lives inside and around you,

Your cells begin to open to the electromagnetic field of your heart expanding,

You can sense this energy expanding from you,

As you do,

You open yourself up to the magic and beauty of life in each moment,

With a sense of openness to the infinite possibilities around you,

Appreciating the magic and wonder of every morning,

As you greet the day with love in your heart,

Setting the tone,

The energy for the rest of your day,

Breathe in fully,

Exhale completely,

When you're ready open your eyes to this magnificent day,

To the openness of your beautiful beating heart,
