This will help boost your confidence to arrive safely and refreshed at your destination.
I invite you to bring all your awareness into this moment,
And begin to feel the seat beneath you.
Notice how it's supporting you,
And begin to deepen your breath,
Allowing the inhale to fill your belly and chest,
And slowly exhaling,
And filling up with each inhale with light,
And with each exhale,
Relaxing a little deeper into this moment,
Allowing the seat to support you more,
And knowing that the universe will support you as well,
And begin to bring your awareness inside your body.
Notice if there's any obvious points of tension or constriction,
And see if you can use your breath to relax these areas,
Allowing the ease of the breath to release these points,
Relaxing your body and your nervous system.
Have a moment of gratitude for your vehicle,
For it transporting you to wherever you want to go with ease.
Visualize the route you're going to take to get to your destination.
See yourself driving with ease.
The car moves easily.
You feel in a state of peace and relaxation.
While remaining alert on the road,
Your nervous system remains relaxed during your drive,
And this fills you with gratitude.
See how effortless it is to drive to your destination,
And then see yourself arriving at your destination safely,
With your energy feeling refreshed and alert,
And how good it will feel when you arrive there safely.
Take a moment to have gratitude for yourself and your vehicle for getting to your destination safely,
Knowing that the universe will support you in this endeavor.
