In this session,
We'll be using trauma-informed affirmations with bridge words,
Words that gently guide you toward the experience we're creating.
These make the affirmations feel more attainable for those who might have deeper wounds or limiting beliefs that make aligning with the affirmations a bit more difficult.
These bridge words allow your subconscious to absorb the affirmation at a comfortable place,
Meeting you where you're at,
And helping you to feel safe and supported.
As you listen,
These affirmations will sink into your subconscious,
Planting seeds of safety,
Stability,
And peace.
This is your time to release tension and replace insecurity with calm assurance.
Your mind,

Now find a comfortable place in your bed if you haven't already,
And take a deep breath in,
Filling all the way up,
