Let's begin by settling into a relaxed inner state.

So if you will,

Join me in sitting comfortably upright with your feet flat on the floor and parallel to each other.

Relax your hands,

Palms down on your thighs.

Lightly close your eyes.

Imagine a string attached to the top of your head drawing your spine gently upright,

Creating a little more space inside your body.

Focus into your lower abdomen and become aware of your breathing there.

Take a few slow,

Deep breaths,

Focusing on feeling the sensations of breathing inside your body.

Now,

Let go of your breathing and feel your body as a whole from the inside.

Feel the entire space inside your skin.

Imagine your inner body as open,

Clear,

And spacious.

Now,

In this open,

Clear inner space,

Imagine and play with what abundance means to you.

Joy is a state that welcomes the good things you desire,

So have some fun with this.

This will prime you for similar experiences in your real life.

Abundant resources are a gift from the source of your life,

Readily available every moment you are open to them.

So what does having abundance mean to you?

If you could have anything that you desire,

What might that be?

Go ahead and put anything you'd like in your imagined experience.

Who is with you?

What are you doing?

What are the details of the environment?

Make the details rich and the colors bright.

Now,

Step into that scene as if you are living it right now.

Immerse yourself in it as a present reality.

Really savor and soak in the experience.

What does that feel like in your body?

Now,

Record an image of your abundance experience in the front and center of your mind,

And record the feeling of it in every cell of your body,

So you can return to that image and that feeling at any time.

Slowly open your eyes and take in the space around you.

Be grateful for what you have and welcome what you desire.

Take these good feelings with you throughout your day.
