
Being Peace Love & Light
Resonate with the finer frequencies of peace, love, and light and realize a deeply felt sense of Being Aware. This subtle energy meditation is a powerful way to integrate body, heart, and mind through the Central Channel of Light which runs through the core of your body. It's recommended to practice Subtle Energy Meditations 1-5 (Relaxing Down Three Lines, Inner Smiling, Lower Dantian Breathing, The Microcosmic Orbit, and Three Dantians & The Central Channel) prior to doing this meditation.

Being,
Peace,
Love,
And Light In this meditation,
We embody the frequencies of peace,
Love,
And light,
And dissolve limiting tensions of self which inhibit the flow of these finer frequencies,
And cloud the recognition of the vast awareness that is our essential being.
To begin,
Sit comfortably upright,
On a seat that sets your hips level with,
Or slightly above your knees.
If you are able,
Sit upright on the front edge of your seat,
With the soles of your feet flat on the ground,
And parallel with each other.
If you prefer,
You can sit cross-legged,
And adapt the cues to that position.
If needed,
You can rest back against a seat back,
But make sure to sit with your spine extended gently upright,
To encourage attention and energy flow.
Rest your hands,
Palms cupped in your lap,
One resting in the other.
With the tips of your thumbs touching,
Lightly.
Lightly,
Close your eyes.
Take a moment to settle in your seat,
And be present in your body.
Feel out into the space all around you,
As a sacred space.
A space imbued with sacred presence.
As you sit in this sacred space,
Bring to mind your intention for this practice.
Why is this important to you?
Why is it important for you to embody the frequencies of peace,
Love,
And light,
And recognize and live from your essential being?
As you begin this practice,
Consider dedicating it to the benefit of all beings.
That we all might learn to attune with peace,
Love,
And light,
And to live from a deeper felt sense of the one life we all share.
Now,
Focus down into feeling the sensations of contact of the soles of your feet on the ground.
Awaken sensory awareness here in your feet and your toes,
And allow your feet to soften and relax,
As if they are melting deep down into the earth.
Feel the peaceful grounded presence of the earth underneath you.
Feel this grounded presence flowing up through the soles of your feet,
Up through your shins and calves,
Your knees and thighs,
Into your hips and pelvic bowl,
Resting down in your seat.
Feel the weightedness of your body,
Resting down in your seat,
Resting down on the earth.
Focus into your palms and fingers resting cupped in your lap.
Awaken sensory awareness here in your hands,
And allow your palms and fingers to soften and relax,
As if they are melting down into your legs.
Feel the soft openness in your hands,
Connected to the soft openness in your heart.
Feel the warm openness of love in your heart and hands.
As your hands relax even more,
Allow your arms and shoulders to relax down,
Releasing any tension in your shoulders,
Neck,
And your head.
Imagine and feel as if a string is attached to the top of your head,
Drawing your spine gently upright,
Like a string of luminous pearls.
Feel your spine gently stretched,
From your perineum and tailbone,
Right up through the top of your head,
Like a stream of light flowing upwards,
Up through your spine and through the top of your head,
Opening to the vast,
Clear sky above.
Feel the vast openness of the sky,
Opening your mind.
Now tuck your chin just slightly,
Gently lengthening the back of your neck,
Lightly close your lips,
And breathe in and out through your nose.
Nasal breathing warms and purifies the air you breathe in,
Increases oxygenation,
And is calming to your nervous system.
As you continue nasal breathing,
Rest your tongue upon the roof of your mouth,
With the tip of your tongue touching the gum line behind your upper front teeth.
Soften and relax your tongue here.
Softening your tongue is another calming cue,
Which sends a relaxation signal to the vagus nerve in the center of your brain.
As you soften and relax your tongue even more,
Feel this relaxation in the center of your brain.
Feel it flowing down through your vagus nerve.
Flowing down through your heart.
Relaxing,
Releasing any tension around your heart.
Flowing down through your abdomen.
Relaxing and releasing any tension in your abdomen and lower back.
Feel a sense of relaxed ease flowing out through your whole body.
Relaxing every cell.
As you enjoy this feeling of relaxation,
Smile,
A subtle smile of calm happiness.
Of appreciation and gratitude for this time to embody the finer frequencies of peace,
Love,
And light,
And awaken to your essential being.
Allow the feeling of smiling to shine out through your eyes.
And release any tension from your eyebrows and your forehead.
Allow the relaxed feeling of smiling to wash down from the top of your head,
Down through your whole body.
Like a wave of relaxation,
Creating a positive,
Nurturing inner environment.
Imagine and feel every cell is smiling,
Shining brightly.
Now,
Focus down into your lower abdomen and become aware of the sensations of breathing here.
On inhalation,
Feel the subtle expansion of your abdomen,
Filling up with energy.
On exhalation,
Feel the subtle relaxation inward as the energy concentrates in a pearl about three finger widths below your navel in the center of your lower abdomen.
See if it's possible to stay present in the whole cycle of breathing.
So,
You feel the moment inhalation begins and ride the sensations of breathing in all the way until they naturally pause.
Then,
Feel the moment exhalation begins and ride the sensations of breathing out all the way until they naturally pause.
You are simply riding along,
Feeling the sensations of breathing in and breathing out.
Allow your attention to become completely absorbed in feeling the sensations of breathing,
So everything else fades to the background and there is no more sensation of breathing.
There is only this,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Imagine and feel the breath is feeding the energy in the lower abdomen,
So the pearl in the center glows warmer and brighter and feels alive,
Beaming with energy.
Now,
We'll shift to breathing up through the central channel and down the sides of this channel.
First,
Imagine and feel the energy pearl sinking down into your perineum.
Imagine and feel a channel of light from your perineum up through the core of your body,
Up through the center of your brain to the top of your head.
To strengthen the feeling of this channel,
You can again feel as if your spine is being drawn gently upright by a string from above.
Feel your spine gently stretched from your perineum and tailbone right up through the top of your head,
Like a stream of light flowing upwards.
Feel this whole channel at once.
Now,
Gently squeeze your perineum,
Draw your in-breath and feel the current of in-breath flowing up from your perineum,
Up through the core of your body,
Up through the back of your throat,
Through the center of your brain to the top of your head.
Pause and gently squeeze this whole channel,
Feeling it light up.
On exhalation,
Let go and ride the flow of exhalation down both sides of the central channel,
Returning to your perineum.
Continue breathing in this way.
It can help to feel the sensations of energy flowing up if you gently squeeze your perineum and lower abdomen.
As you inhale,
Tuck your chin slightly and feel the current of inhalation flowing up through the back of your throat.
Pause at the top of your head at the end of inhalation,
Feeling the energy of the whole central channel at once.
Then,
On exhalation,
Relax completely and let go as you ride the downward flow down the sides of this channel,
Returning to your perineum.
Continue breathing in this way at a natural,
Easeful pace.
Now,
On your next inhalation,
Draw your in-breath up into the center of your brain and breathe out through the center of your brain to concentrate the energy here.
Breathe in and out through the center of your brain to focus attention and energy here.
To enhance the felt sense of energy,
Breathe in through your upper nasal passages into the pineal gland in the center of your brain,
And breathe out through your pineal gland,
This liquid crystal transducer of energy in the center of your brain.
Feel your pineal gland lighting up as you continue to focus the breath here.
Now,
As you breathe in,
Feel the energy flowing upward from the center of your brain up through the top of your head.
And as you exhale,
Imagine and feel the top of your head opening to the vast sky above.
Now,
As you breathe in,
Feel the energy pulled upward in a column of light higher and higher above your head.
And as you breathe out,
Feel as if you are plugged into this column of light.
On inhalation,
Feel this upward pull in the column of light higher and higher.
And as you breathe out,
Feel as if you are plugged in to the source of infinite light above.
Keep your attention elevated into the infinite light and feel that your mind is being infused and transformed by the light.
Allow your mind to be elevated,
Infused,
And transformed by the light from above,
Elevating higher and higher.
Now,
As you breathe out,
Feel the energy flowing upward from the top of your head down through the column of light into the center of your brain.
Exhale through the center of your brain to focus the energy here.
Feel a cord of connection between the infinite light above and the center of your brain.
Breathe in and out through the center of your brain and feel your whole brain light up from the center outwards.
Now,
Inhale and draw the energy from the center of your brain down through the central channel into your heart.
Exhale through your heart to concentrate the energy here.
Take a few more breaths,
Drawing the energy down on inhalation and breathing out through your heart on exhalation.
In and out through your heart.
In your heart,
This infinite light transforms into the purest unconditional love.
Feel the warm embrace of unconditional love in your heart.
Breathe unconditional love in and out through your heart.
In and out through your heart.
Smile as you bask in the warmth of unconditional love in your heart.
Feel this love shining out from your heart through every cell.
Feel this love shining out from your heart to all your loved ones.
Feel this love shining out from your heart to all beings and the whole planet.
Feel this love shining out infinitely in all directions.
This infinite love is the energy that brought forth and gave birth to all of creation.
This love is the energy that connects us all as one.
Feel your heart shining like the sun,
Shining with love.
Smile as you feel the warmth of unconditional love shining out through the whole universe.
Now,
Inhale and draw the energy of love down through the central channel to that energetic pearl in your perineum.
Breathe out through this pearl to concentrate the energy here.
Take another connecting breath,
Breathing in,
Drawing the energy from your heart,
Down to the energy pearl,
And breathe out through this pearl to focus here.
Now,
Breathe in and out through this energy pearl,
Feeling it glow.
Now,
Let your breathing become subtle,
Quiet,
And soft until it slowly dissolves into the background.
Feel the stillness of the background.
Rest in stillness.
If you notice any movement of thought,
Feeling,
Body,
Or attention,
Let go into stillness.
Feel the stillness underneath all movement.
Feel the deep peace of stillness.
Let go.
Rest down and back into stillness.
Rest as the deep background peace of stillness.
Listen to the silence underneath all sounds in stillness.
Feel the vast spaciousness of stillness and silence.
Now,
Let go of stillness,
Silence,
And spaciousness and dissolve into a felt sense of being,
Simply being.
Being in a felt sense of being prior to any content of experience.
There's nothing to do and no one to do it.
Are there any boundaries,
Any edges to this felt sense of being?
No,
Being has no boundaries,
No edges,
No beginning,
And no end.
There's no inside and no outside.
Rest as a felt sense of being,
Simply being,
Aware,
Aware,
Here.
Now,
Feel the space of your body arising in vastness,
Inseparable from that within which it arises.
Your body may feel less solid,
More like an effervescent space of peace,
Love,
And light,
Arising in the vastness of being,
As an expression of being itself.
Aware of itself through this particular momentary point of view.
Continue to soak in the vastness of being,
Imbued with peace,
Love,
And light.
Really soak it in,
Absorb it deeply,
Let it saturate every cell.
Now,
Continuing to feel the space of your body within the vastness of being,
Slowly open your eyes and feel the space all around,
Together with the space inside,
As one space,
One vast open space of being,
Imbued with peace,
Love,
And light.
Take this realization with you,
Being,
Peace,
Love,
And light,
Wherever you go,
With everyone you meet.
