Her work focuses on helping people quiet the noise of everyday life, calm anxiety and overwhelm through breathwork and mindfulness, and reconnect with the peace within themselves. Julie believes meditation does not have to be complicated or time-consuming to be meaningful, and she loves guiding others through short practices that bring presence, clarity and inner calm. Along with guided meditations, Julie also creates custom meditations designed to support each client's unique needs and intentions. Inspired by nature and the ocean, her teaching style is gentle, soulful and rooted in creating space to slow down, breathe deeply, and come home to who you truly are.
