Go ahead and deepen your inhale just a little with each breath.
Inviting in this beautiful new day.
Basking in and savoring these quiet still moments before your day begins.
Maybe you hear the world waking around you birds singing traffic in the distance but your body is still,
Your mind is calm.
And your heart peaceful a little more with each breath.
