As you find a comfortable position and settle in.
Feel your body already softening begin to notice your breath.
The cool air going in.
And the warmer air going out.
Notice the rise and fall of your belly.
On the next inhalation deepen the breath,
Allowing it to stay soft and gentle.
Feeling it move all the way to the lower abdomen.
And releasing with an open mouth exhale.
Cleaning out all the stagnant energy.
Again a deep inhale.
And a full open mouth exhale releasing letting go of any distracting thoughts or worries And on the next inhale,
Breathe in the beauty of this new day.
All its possibilities.
Let it fill your entire body.
Hold for a moment before exhaling.
And returning to your natural breath.
Feel your hands resting on your legs or on the surface beneath them.
Your clothing touching your skin feel where your body meets the floor,
Chair,
Or bed beneath you and how it is fully supporting you.
And with each breath allow yourself to be held and supported.
A little more.
Softening and letting go with each exhale.
Connecting back to your breath,
Notice how you're feeling physically,
Emotionally,
Mentally.
And as you blink your eyes open,
I have two affirmations to take with you today.
And to be a reminder to come back to the stillness and breath.
Whenever you need With every breath comes peace and clarity.
