Today I have a short and sweet meditation for you.
To soften the heart,
Allowing for more compassion,
Love,
And kindness.
So let's get comfortable.
Legs crossed in front of you.
Hands resting comfortably.
Relax your shoulders down.
Relax your face.
Release any tightness in your stomach.
Your chest.
Your throat.
A gentle,
Calm breath in and out of your nose.
The color green is associated with the heart chakra.
On your next inhale,
Imagine breathing in.
A green light to your heart center.
With every inhale,
Watch this green light gently fill and surround you.
Your heart.
And feel the heart soften a little more with each exhale.
Breathing in love.
Exhaling compassion Breathe in kindness.
Exhale forgiveness May this meditation allow you to walk through your day with more love and an open heart.
To meet others with compassion and kindness and to give yourself the same.
