Welcome to this quiet moment of reflection. I'm Jocelyn and this is one of many invitations to return to your voice, Your truth, Your creativity. Let's begin. I invite you to close your eyes just for a minute and notice your breath. Just notice how you're breathing. Notice the temperature of air or the depth of breath. Notice where your body moves with the tide of breath. You know when we notice our breath it naturally deepens and slows down. It's pretty amazing. Just noticing your breath. Take one deep breath together. Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Letting go of everything that came before and everything that comes after. Imagine there is a room inside of you that no one else has ever seen. What's in it? Is it filled with music? Is it filled with shadows? Is it filled with forgotten dreams or things you've never dared to say? The prompt for today is to describe this room. What is the quality of life and light? What's the texture of the air? Are there shelves or papers or a window to somewhere else? Is there a door and what happens if you open the door? What do you see in this room? What colors? What symbols? There's no wrong way to do this. Let the words come out however they want. Spilled across the page. Scribbled between the lines. Whispered onto the page. Just let them flow. You want to write from the mystery. Let this room reveal itself and in doing so reveal something new to you. The prompt is to describe this room inside of you that no one else has ever seen. Let's take a breath together inhaling and exhaling. Go ahead and put your pen on the page.
