A published author, she holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Social Science, a PGCert in Behaviour Change and a Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy (including NLP). Jenny is also a Reiki Practitioner and a member of the UK Reiki Federation. She is also half way through qualifying as an Animal Reiki Practioner, due to complete this December 2025.
