Hello,

I'm Jenny B and welcome.

I don't know about you,

But sometimes on these,

Well on a healing journey you can feel a little bit under pressure to get a desired result,

Whether that's relaxing enough or calming triggers down or you know,

Feeling less stress.

There's always some sort of measurement of whether you've achieved something,

Whether your efforts are paying off,

That sort of internal dialogue.

And so today I thought we could just do something a little different.

This today is a space where nothing is expected of you.

There's nothing you need to do or fix or prove.

You don't have to try.

In fact,

You're gently invited not to.

Because here,

Today,

Healing doesn't mean effort.

It means allowing.

Today it means being with yourself exactly as you are,

Without the judgment,

Without labels and without needing a reason.

Because,

You know,

Sometimes healing happens in silence anyway,

In stillness,

In the unnoticed moments,

Like mist over water or a leaf turning towards the light.

You don't need to speak or explain.

There's no pressure to feel better.

Today,

Simply being here is enough.

So find a comfortable position and let your body settle.

Maybe feel the texture of a cushion beneath you or the softness of a blanket.

Or the weight of clothing on your skin.

Just notice the support beneath you.

And it's okay to let it hold you.

So let's take a slow steady breath in and out,

In whatever way you like to do it.

There is no rush.

Let your breath move at its own pace.

Feel it flow into your stomach and the muscles of your stomach relax.

Feel the air exhale,

Releasing and relaxing.

Notice the air around you,

In the room.

Maybe there's a breeze from a nearby window and the distant hum of life outside.

Or a silence that seems to stretch and soften.

Just let yourself soften into this moment.

So I'd just like you to imagine sitting beside that open window.

All is well.

Outside,

The day moves on in its own rhythm.

Birds call and pause.

Leaves stir,

A branch sways slowly in the wind.

There's movement,

But no urgency.

Life is happening,

But it isn't asking anything of you.

Just notice the scent of the air.

Maybe it's cool,

With a hint of blossom or earth.

Maybe there's the faintest scent of pine or the dusty warmth of sunlit stone.

You feel the breeze on your skin,

Light,

Like a gentle whisper.

Maybe the light changes,

Filtering through leaves or a soft curtain.

Dapples of gold,

Soft shadows,

Like the world is painting peace across the walls.

Let yourself be part of this stillness.

You are not broken.

You don't need fixing.

You are just responding to your life in the way you have to.

And sometimes,

The deepest healing is simply giving yourself space when nothing is required.

Here,

You're not here for performing.

You're not holding it all together.

You're simply breathing,

Noticing,

And resting.

And even if your thoughts flutter,

Even when your heart feels tender,

Or your body tired,

You are welcome here,

Just to be.

Healing doesn't always make itself known.

Sometimes it flows underground,

Like water beneath roots,

Like moss,

Growing quietly in the shade.

Let the stillness hold you,

And let your body remember that it is safe now,

To rest.

And begin to notice your breath again.

Feel the air,

Moving through you,

Nourishing you,

As your body responds with a gentle rise and fall.

Soon your awareness will return to the room around you.

The grounding textures,

And the safety of the space you're in.

So when you're ready,

Wiggle your toes or your fingers.

Let your body know,

You're coming back,

Slowly,

And kindly.

And as you return,

Know this,

You don't have to leave the quiet behind.

We can carry it with you,

Like a thread,

Like a river,

That runs beneath the noise.

Because healing flows,

Quietly,

Gently,

And in its own time.

And if any part of this brought something up for you,

A feeling,

A memory,

Or just a moment of peace,

You're warmly invited to leave a comment and share it.

You're not alone in how you feel.

And sometimes the quietest voices,

Speak the deepest truths.

It's okay to say a little,

A lot,

Or nothing at all.

You're welcome here,

Exactly as you are.

Thank you for being here.
