Time Out
This is a meditation for those times when you need a time out in your day. You are overwhelmed, can't deal with one more thing, are angry about a situation, etc. Whatever it is, sometimes a quick time out using the cleansing breath can help you better be present, handle what is going on, maybe come at it with more peace than reaction.
