Hello and welcome to this abundance meditation.
We're going to talk about the chakras as a complete channel through which abundance flows and we're going to clear the channel from root to crown.
Because abundance is not attracted to just one part of you,
It flows through all of you and every blocked center is a narrow point in the channel.
And this is perfect for thinking about Venus in astrology or Jupiter or any second house transits and all of the abundance of Taurus season.
So settle in and let your eyes close.
Take a breath that is a little fuller than usual and as you release it,
Feel yourself dropping into the body completely.
Let yourself really arrive here in this space.
Feel around the edges of you,
Your skin touching the air or your clothes.
The things you can hear,
Feel your fingers and toes,
Your shoulders dropping,
Your hips relaxing.
Feel the breath moving in and out of your body.
Let yourself fully land.
And today we're going to work with the chakra system as a complete channel for abundance.
Not just the energy of money,
But the full spectrum of abundance,
Safety,
Pleasure,
Power,
Love,
Expression,
Clarity and connection with something larger than yourself.
All of it flowing through you from root to crown.
Because this is what I know to be true.
Abundance cannot fully flow through a closed channel.
If the root is contracted with fear,
Abundance stops there.
If the heart is armored,
It cannot receive.
If the throat is shut,
The voice that calls thing in goes silent.
So today we open the whole channel.
Let the river run.
Bring your awareness to the base of your spine,
The foundation.
Feel your weight and your connection to the earth.
Breathe into this space.
Abundance needs ground.
It needs a safe place to land.
The root is where you establish that the earth is on your side always.
You are worthy of being supported.
You do not have to fight for your basic place in the world.
Breathe the red light here,
Deep and steady.
Feel the earth's generosity beneath you.
There is enough.
There has always been enough.
You are allowed to claim your portion.
And now move to the sacral space,
Just below the navel.
The warm orange glow of creativity and abundance.
And desire.
Abundance begins with desire.
And this isn't the same as grasping or craving,
But genuine,
Alive desire.
You are allowed to desire.
The sacral chakra is where you feel what you truly want beneath the should and the ought.
What does your body actually want?
What do you desire?
What lights this space up?
Breathe orange warmth here,
And feel the pleasure of wanting,
Of imagining.
Allowing yourself to picture a life that is rich in all the ways that matter to you.
Let desire be a gift.
And move now to the solar plexus,
Just above the navel.
Where this has the bright gold of personal power.
And this is where you take the vision from the sacral and you act on it.
The solar plexus is like your engine room.
And when it's open and warm,
Action flows from confidence rather than fear.
It doesn't come from desperation,
But from trust.
So,
Breathe your golden light here.
Feel the steadiness of a person who knows their own capacity.
Who can move towards their vision without waiting for permission.
Who trusts that their efforts is worth making.
And now,
Gently come to the heart center.
The deep,
Living green of the chest.
And here is where so many of us lose the thread.
We know what we want and we know how to work,
But we do not know how to receive.
The heart chakra is the receiving dock.
And if it's closed,
Nothing can get through.
So,
Breathe into your heart.
Let that green light expand outward through the chest.
Let it touch all the other centers.
And practice that felt sense of receiving.
Of letting goodness in.
Practice what it feels like to believe even for a moment that good things are genuinely meant for you.
You are allowed to have a full life.
You are allowed to let it in.
And now,
Move gently upwards to the throat chakra.
Which is clear and bright blue.
Abundance responds to being claimed.
To being spoken.
To the voice that says clearly,
This is what I am calling in.
This is what I am choosing.
This is what I am ready for.
The throat chakra gives form to what the heart has received and the solar plexus has acted on.
The throat chakra gives shape and language and voice.
Breathe blue light through the throat.
And feel your jaw release.
Feel your vocal cords relax.
Ready to speak.
And in your own mind,
Speak your abundance claim.
It's not a wish,
But it's a claim of something already true in the places where things begin before they arrive.
And now,
Gently move up to the third eye.
Between the eyebrows.
Where it glows a deep indigo.
The third eye is where vision lives.
Where you can see the life you are stepping into before it arrives in physical form.
This is the imagination at its most powerful.
This is where it is not escapism,
But a genuine preview of what is becoming.
Your own precognition.
Your own knowing.
Let the indigo light warm the space between your brows.
Soften your forehead completely.
And allow yourself to see,
Not to think about,
But to see,
To experience,
To live a version of your life in which abundance is real,
And present,
And ordinary.
What does that look like?
What does it feel like from the inside?
Stay in the feeling.
Not the how or the details.
Just exist in the experience.
And finally,
Move up to the crown.
The violet and white light at the very top of the head.
Abundance is not only a product of your effort or your vision.
It's also something you participate in.
It's something that flows through you when the channel is clear and the surrender is real.
The crown is the place of letting go of the how,
And of trusting that the universe is organized in a way that is fundamentally generous,
And that your clear intention,
Combined with your open channel,
Is enough.
So breathe that violet light through the crown,
And feel it cascade slowly downwards through every chakra,
And all the way up again,
And out to connect to the universe.
And then feel the energy come all the way through crown,
To third eye,
To throat,
To heart,
To solar plexus,
To sacral,
To root.
The whole channel open.
The whole system illuminated.
Abundance flowing freely through you.
Keep breathing this way,
All the way through.
And hold this image with you,
The complete channel,
All seven centers open,
All of them glowing.
The flow of abundance moving through you.
This is your natural state.
Every time you practice this,
The channel widens and relaxes and opens a little more.
So slowly,
When you're ready,
Take one full breath,
And gently begin to return to the room.
And as you gently move,
Maybe blink your eyes.
Let yourself embody that sense of openness,
That energetic freedom,
And know that it's always available to you,
And you can come back to it at any time you need to.
