Today we're going to do some tapping on the theme of becoming more grounded.
This will help you balance your root chakra and it will also just help you to feel more grounded,
More stable and present within your own life.
We'll start with acknowledging where we are now and then move on to the change we're creating in our subconscious minds.
So check in with how you're feeling now.
Are you feeling ungrounded,
Flighty,
Untethered to the earth?
Or are you feeling fully grounded and in connection with the earth and with your body and your place here?
Try and rate it on a scale of 1 to 10 where 1 is totally ungrounded and 10 is completely grounded in the present.

Let's take a deep breath and start to relax.
I'm going to lead you through all the tapping points so don't worry about remembering them all and don't overthink how you're tapping.
You can't get this wrong.
We're going to go through seven rounds of tapping to really let these words sink into you.
