There you are,

You lovable being.

Hello,

And welcome to this space entirely dedicated to yourself.

You did it.

You chose to pause.

You chose to come back to yourself.

Let's take a moment to acknowledge this.

Before we go any further,

Let your body retake its place.

I would like to invite you to find a comfortable position,

A nice straight spine,

Sitting,

Standing,

Or even laying wherever you are,

Whatever feels best right now.

Let's take one long,

Deep breath.

Inhale through your nose.

Hold.

And exhale through your mouth.

Let's do it one more time.

Fill your lungs slowly and deeply.

Hold.

Hold.

And exhale through your mouth.

One last time.

Fill your lungs as much as you can.

Hold.

And exhale through your mouth.

That's it.

Now you can gently come back to the natural rhythm of your breath.

Take a moment here.

You've got nothing to do.

Nowhere to go.

Nothing to change.

Just being here is enough.

Let your body settle in its own way.

No need to check.

No need to observe.

Just allow gravity to do its work.

Whatever is present right now can stay exactly as it is.

You don't need to address it.

You don't need to understand it.

Right now,

Nothing is required from you.

Feel the simple fact of being here.

The weight of your body.

The subtle movement of your breath.

Be completely still for a moment.

Let your body rest into this stillness.

Whatever is present right now does not need your attention.

Thoughts may pop.

Sensations may rise.

Sounds may come and go.

You can let them pass and remain here.

Notice how the breath moves on its own.

Life happening naturally,

Without effort.

This is the place beneath the world.

The place where nothing is required from you.

The place you don't have to look for,

Because it is always there.

Always available.

You simply need to come back to it.

Stay here for a moment.

And when you feel ready,

You can gently widen your awareness again.

The space around you.

The sounds.

The light.

And your body.

Reunited with your mind.

Before ending this meditation,

I invite you to take one more deep breath.

And let go of anything else you don't need.

That's it.

You just came back to yourself.

With a lovely moment of self-care and presence.
