Namaste dear ones.

Please find comfort in your seated meditative position.

Let's start by taking beautiful deep inhalation from your nostrils.

Exhale from your mouth.

One more time.

Inhale from the nose.

Feel this wonderful freshness of the air.

Exhale.

Let it go.

Relax your shoulders,

Your face muscles.

And simply allow the mind to relax in each inhalation and each exhalation.

I will invite you now to place your fingertips from your left hand in your heart,

In your chest.

And just take a moment to feel your heartbeat,

The vibrations of your heart and the light going through your fingers.

You are connecting with this powerful energy center,

The heart chakra.

Feel the love.

Feel the unconditional love that's spreading throughout the body.

It's a very healing energy.

Wonderful.

You can now gently remove your fingers and place your hand,

Palms facing up,

And just become the observer.
