To make the final adjustments in your body,
Make yourself comfortable.
Find comfort in your seated position.
And yes,
It's time to connect with the breath.
First,
Taking those deep inhalations throughout the nose and exhaling from the mouth.
In each exhalation you let it go,
You allow yourself to be more present.
Feel those sights as escape from the mind,
From the tension.
Feel those exhalations as a relief.
And that's wonderful to relax,
To let it go throughout your breath.
And why do you inhale and exhale only throughout your nose?
Placing the tip of the tongue in the upper part of your teeth,
Creating a very gentle touch,
An inner connection,
Establishing a very nice feeling of inner affection.
And in the meanwhile,
This assists your inhalations and exhalations throughout your nostrils.
So you inhale and exhale only through the nose,
Enjoying each breath,
Each breath cycle by observing the temperature of the air.
The air that comes fresh in your lungs and come back a little bit warmer.
Become aware of the freshness of the air passing through your nostrils.
And now passing through the throat.
And finally,
I can knowledge the freshness arriving in the lungs and going back warmer.
At the same time,
You observe,
You become the witness of those gentle movements in your chest.
Like the waves in the sea.
Your breath comes and goes.
Your chest expands and retracts.
As you surrender and allow yourself to be more present in this inner experience.
If that is nothing you need to do,
Just allow yourself to connect with your inner senses,
Your breath.
Just listen to the words I have to offer for you in this meditation.
Relax your jaw,
Your face muscles.
Relax your eyebrows.
In each inhalation you become more and more relaxed,
More present.
Your mind may wander,
But you don't need to go in the story.
Just be the witness in a non-judgmental state.
You become the witness of the mind.
Your thought may come,
It's just a thought.
You allow the thoughts to come and you don't judge them.
You become distant from them.
You become the observer.
You become the observer of whatever is happening in the outside and also the inside.
Don't judge any situation,
Any circumstance.
Just accept the way it is.
Everything is beautiful the way it is.
You don't need to put any meaning.
You don't need to put a feeling or emotion.
Just allow everything to be the way it is.

Accepting whatever is coming in our way.
