Purpose,

I invite you to come into a comfortable seated position with a tall straight back,
Allowing your hands to rest on your lap or your knees.
Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
And then exhale slowly through the mouth,
Just releasing any tension.
With each breath,
Feel yourself grounding,
Letting go of worries or distractions,
And preparing to connect deeply with your inner self.
Now begin to shift your awareness to the center of your chest.
This is where your heart is.
Imagine a warm,
Gentle light beginning to glow within your heart,
Radiating outward.
With each breath,
Allow this light to expand,
Filling your chest and then your entire body with a sense of peace and love.
Silently repeat to yourself,
I am connected to something greater.
I am open to the love and peace within me.
Picture yourself in a peaceful place.
Maybe it's a quiet forest,
A mountaintop,
Or near the ocean.
Somewhere that brings you a sense of calm and connectedness.
Imagine yourself feeling completely at ease in this place,
Surrounded by a warm,
Gentle energy that feels connected to all things.
As you breathe,
Allow this peaceful,
Connected feeling to fill your entire being,
Grounding you in a sense of spiritual oneness.
Now bring your focus inward,
Gently asking yourself,
What does spirituality mean to me?
How does it feel to connect with my inner self?
Allow any feelings,
Thoughts,
Or sensations to arise naturally and just embrace whatever you feel,
Even if it's a sense of peace and stillness or quiet curiosity.
Simply be present with yourself.
Honoring this moment of connection with your inner essence.
Take one final deep breath,
Feeling the warmth and light within you,
Expanding,
Filling you with a sense of purpose and inner peace.
Silently set an intention to stay connected to the sense of spirituality.
