Thanks for joining me today.
Here's a short meditation to help cultivate self-confidence when you're in the need.
I'm going to invite you to come into a comfortable position.
You could either lie down or seated,
Tall,
Straight spine,
Lie your shoulders to relax,
Maybe resting your hands on top of your thighs,
And then close your eyes and take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
I invite you to do this a few more times,
Allowing your body to relax with each breath.
Deep inhale,
Holding that breath at the top,
And then slow exhale,
Emptying everything out,
Feeling your body just become heavier.
And now we're going to set an intention for our meditation.
Silently say to yourself,
I am here to build trust in myself.
I am capable and enough.
Feel this intention settled within you.
Repeating it again.
I am here to build trust in myself.
I am capable and enough.
Gently bring your attention to your body.
I am capable and enough.
Noticing any tension with each exhale.
Imagine releasing tension,
Making space for calm strength.
Now I invite you to picture a warm golden light glowing in your heart center.
With every breath,
Imagine this light expanding,
Filling your chest,
Radiating outwards to your entire body.
This light represents your inner power and confidence.
Next,
We will repeat some affirmations.
Repeating after me,
I trust in my abilities,
I face challenges with courage.
I am worthy of success.
I believe in myself.
I trust in my abilities.
Know that you have the ability to succeed.
I face challenges with courage.
Feel the confidence knowing that you are courageous.
I am worthy of success.
Feel this,
Know it's possible,
Believe in yourself.
I believe in myself.
Repeat this three times to yourself.
Take a moment to notice how confidence feels in your body.
Let it be a steady,
Grounded sensation.
Know that this feeling is always with you,
Ready to be called upon.
When you're ready,
Take a few deeper breaths.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
And then gently open your eyes,
Bringing this calm confidence with you into the rest of your day.
