Hi,
Thanks for joining me.
Here's a meditation to guide you when you're feeling stuck and needing to lean into that feeling,
Allowing space for acceptance and clarity.
Let's get settled in.
Find a quiet,
Comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,
Slowly exhaling through your mouth.
Feel the weight of your body grounding you to the earth.
Begin to breathe deeply and evenly,
Allowing your breath to become steady.
On each inhale,
Feel the breath filling your body with new energy.
On each exhale,
Release any tension or tightness that you have.
Continue this pattern,
Feeling more present with each breath.
As you breathe,
Gently bring your awareness to the feeling of being stuck.
Notice where in your body this feeling lives.
Maybe it's in your chest,
Your stomach,
Or your mind.
Don't try to push it away or fix it,
Just simply observe it with curiosity and acceptance.
Allow yourself to acknowledge,
I'm feeling stuck right now.
Next,
Imagine yourself leaning into the sensation of being stuck,
As if you're softly resting against it.
Allow it to be there without any judgment.
Know that it's okay to feel this way.
Breathe into the sensation and just give it space to exist.
On your inhale,
Think to yourself,
It's okay.
And on your exhale,
I accept this moment.
As you sit with the feeling,
Ask yourself gently,
What is this stuckness trying to teach me?
You don't need an answer right away,
Just open yourself to the possibility that there is wisdom within this moment.
Be open to whatever feeling or thoughts arise,
But don't force them.
Now imagine the sensation of being stuck,
Slowly softening.
Picture it dissolving or transforming into something more fluid,
Like water or light.
Visualize a gentle flow moving through you,
Carrying away the heaviness.
As you breathe,
Allow this flow to create space within you,
Space for new ideas,
New energy,
And renewed clarity.
Continue to stay here for several breaths.
Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feel the groundedness of your body,
The steadiness of your breath.
Know that while you may still feel some stuckness,
You've taken a step towards accepting it and creating some space for flow.
Take one more deep breath in and release it fully.
Before ending the meditation,
Set a gentle intention for yourself.
It could be as simple as,
I allow myself to be where I am,
And I trust that clarity will come in its own time.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes,
Bringing yourself back to the present moment,
Carrying through your day with a sense of ease.
Thank you for joining me.
Have a blessed day.
