Hi everyone.

This is Fran Chandler.

Welcome to this visualization meditation.

But before we begin,

I want to share something real with you.

Lately I've had a few days in a row that just didn't feel like my best.

You know those stretches where your energy is off,

Your thoughts get tangled,

And the day seems to take you for a ride instead of the other way around.

I found myself in that space,

But in the middle of it I was reminded of something powerful.

I have the ability to shift my day,

My mindset,

My emotions,

My entire experience at any moment,

And so do you.

We don't have to wait for a new morning,

A new week,

Or a perfect circumstance.

Through visualization,

Through intention,

Through gently guiding our awareness,

We could create our best day from right where we are.

We could reset,

We could rewire,

We can breathe ourselves in a new direction.

This meditation was born from that realization.

It's my hope that you find it just as supportive and empowering,

That it helps you reconnect with what you truly want,

What you deserve to feel,

And the kind of day you're ready to step into.

So whenever you're ready,

Let's begin.

Go ahead and settle into a comfortable position.

You could sit with a tall spine or lie down and let your whole body just be supported.

Let your hands rest softly.

When you're ready,

Just gently close your eyes.

Take a slow full inhale and an even longer softer exhale.

Let your breath smooth the edges of your day.

Let this moment be a reset,

Your fresh beginning.

Take another deep breath in and let it flow out.

Now bring your awareness to the space around you.

Feel the air on your skin,

Feel the ground beneath you holding your weight,

And remind yourself right now that there's nothing you need to do,

Nowhere you need to be except here,

Breathing.

Just allow your breath to guide you inward.

I want you to imagine that you're waking up into your best possible day.

This is the kind of day you deserve,

The kind you may have wished for on mornings that didn't start the way you hoped.

See yourself opening your eyes.

Just notice how rested you feel,

How grounded,

How ready.

The light in the room is soft and inviting.

Your body feels rested,

Your mind feels clear.

As your feet touch the floor,

Just feel a quiet steady sense of purpose rise within you.

This day is beginning exactly the way you choose.

Take a slow inhale and then exhale fully.

Now picture yourself stepping into the morning air.

It might be out your front door,

Onto a balcony,

Or even just in your living room with the sun drifting in.

Notice the temperature,

The colors of the sky,

The way this moment gently welcomes you.

You feel aligned,

You feel centered,

You feel empowered.

See yourself moving through your morning in a way that feels most nourishing to you.

It might be making tea or coffee,

Stretching,

Journaling,

Maybe taking a peaceful morning walk.

Let yourself really feel that calm confidence spreading through you.

In this version of your day,

You're not rushed,

You're not behind,

You're exactly where you need to be.

Let that feeling expand.

Now imagine yourself stepping into the heart of your day.

Whatever your day typically holds,

Work,

Home,

Travel,

Connections,

Creativity,

Just see yourself moving through it with a steady grounded presence.

Challenges appear but you meet them with clarity and strength.

Conversations arise and you speak with honesty and ease,

And things get done not from pressure but from purpose.

Feel how supported you are,

Feel how capable you are,

Feel how aligned you are with the version of yourself who moves through the world with grace.

Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.

Now let the scene drift slowly into the evening.

See yourself returning home or settling into a place that feels warm and familiar.

The light softens and then your body begins to relax.

Reflect on this beautiful day you created,

The ease,

The clarity,

The connection,

The moments of presence that made it meaningful.

Notice how fulfilled you feel,

Not because the day was perfect but because you showed up for yourself.

Take a deep inhale letting that fulfillment fill up your chest and then exhale letting it settle throughout your whole entire body.

Now if it feels good,

Place a hand over your heart or you could just simply imagine the warmth of your own touch and silently repeat to yourself,

I can create my best day from the inside out.

I choose clarity,

I choose alignment,

I choose ease.

Each breath brings me closer to the life I envision.

Allow these words to settle like seeds.

Now when you're ready,

Begin returning back to your breath.

Feel the support beneath you,

Feel the space around you and feel the quiet readiness within you to bring pieces of this best day into the one you're living right now.

Take one more deep full breath and exhale completely.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Gently open up your eyes and step back into your day refreshed,

Centered and aligned with your best self.
