Welcome,

This moment is for you to pause,

To breathe,

To listen,

To arrive here,

Now,

Just as you are.

Joy blooms softly from within,

Born not of perfection,

But of presence,

Of allowing your heart to open to this very moment.

Joy is the quiet celebration of being alive.

Closing your eyes now,

Breathing in and out through your nose,

Inhale,

Arriving here in this moment,

Exhale,

Letting go of tension,

Softening your edges,

With every breath welcoming more joy.

Breathing gently,

Allow these words to flow with your breath,

Inhale in this breath,

Exhale,

I find joy,

Inhale in this breath,

Exhale,

I find joy,

Again inhale in this breath,

Exhale,

I find joy,

Inhale in this breath,

Exhale,

I find joy,

Once more on your own,

And now let the words go quiet,

Nothing to chase,

Nothing to hold,

Only your breath,

Only this moment,

Resting here in joy,

Noticing your breath again,

Gentle and alive,

Notice your body resting here,

Offering some small movement,

Opening and closing your hands,

Releasing any grasp,

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Carrying joy with you,

Joy lives quietly beneath all things,

Steady,

Radiant,

Waiting to be noticed,

As you return to your day,

Remember,

Joy rises in every breath,

Every step,

Every moment,

Thank you for taking this time,

May you return again and again,

To your breath,

To your center,

To stillness.
