Welcome,

This moment is for you to pause,

To breathe,

To listen,

To arrive here,

Now,

Just as you are.

Hope is the soft light that returns with every sunrise.

It flickers in the unseen places,

Guiding you gently toward what is yet to be revealed.

Hope is the breath that carries you forward.

Closing your eyes now,

Breathing in and out through your nose,

Inhaling,

Drawing ease into your body,

Exhaling,

Letting it expand into hope,

With every breath,

Letting hope rise within.

Breathing gently,

Let these words carry you,

Inhale,

Ease,

Exhale,

Hope,

Inhale,

Ease,

Exhale,

Hope,

Again,

Inhale,

Ease,

Exhale,

Hope,

Inhale,

Ease,

Exhale,

Hope,

Again,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Once more on your own,

And now,

Let the words settle into stillness,

Nothing to search for,

Nothing to fix,

Only your breath,

Only this moment,

Resting here in hope,

Noticing your breath again,

Slow and steady,

Noticing your body resting here,

Offering some gentle movement,

Opening and closing your hands,

Releasing any remaining grasp.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Carrying hope with you.

Hope is a quiet strength,

The hand that steadies you through uncertainty.

As you return to your day,

Remember,

Hope breathes with you in every breath,

Every step,

Every moment.

Thank you for taking this time.

May you return again and again to your breath,

To your center,

To stillness.
