Welcome,

This moment is for you to pause,

To breathe,

To listen,

To arrive here,

Now,

Just as you are.

Grace arrives quietly,

Like light touching water,

Like breath that fills and releases without effort.

It meets you where you are,

Softening the places that try too hard.

Grace reminds you that you don't have to earn your belonging.

You are already worthy of it.

Closing your eyes now,

Breathing in and out through your nose,

Inhale,

Feeling your chest open,

Exhale,

Allowing your shoulders to soften,

With every breath,

Allowing tension to melt and the mind to clear and the heart to open.

Breathing gently,

Allow these words to guide your breath.

Inhale,

Stillness,

Exhale,

Grace,

Inhale,

Stillness,

Exhale,

Grace,

Again,

Inhale,

Stillness,

Exhale,

Grace,

Inhale,

Stillness,

Exhale,

Grace,

Once more on your own,

And now let the words go quiet,

Nothing to do,

Nothing to become,

Only your breath,

Only this moment,

Resting here in grace,

Noticing your breath again,

The gentle rise and fall,

Noticing your body resting here,

Offering some gentle movement,

Opening and closing your hands,

Releasing any remaining grasp.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Bringing grace with you.

Grace meets you where you are,

In the softening,

In the space between effort and ease,

As you return to your day,

Remember,

Grace meets you in every breath,

Every step,

Every moment.

Thank you for taking this time,

May you return again and again to your breath,

To your center,

To stillness.
