At times you need to walk the path of life by yourself, alone. You need to disconnect from a partner for a moment, a while or maybe even forever. If you do this shift with awareness, if you bring your disconnection into the consciousness you will gain clarity around the situation, and you will also be able to go separate ways in a healthy way. You will accept the disconnect, and you will see it as a healthy necessity. Both, reconnecting or also leaving each other for good will be a lot easier, as both of you will appreciate the reasons you disconnected in the first place.

Welcome to your meditation.

Please take a moment to come to a comfortable seating position.

Please sit in front of each other around 1.

5 meters apart.

Make sure you face each other.

Slowly relax into your seating position and take a few moments to arrive.

Both of you please close your eyes,

Connect to your breath,

Relax into your meditation.

For now,

Just focus on your individual self.

You're both unique,

Individual human beings and for a moment,

Just connect to yourselves.

Feel yourself.

Embrace yourself and relax.

Take a moment here to sit with yourself.

Both of you enjoy your singularity.

Now that you have connected with yourself,

Slowly also become aware of the person in front of you,

The other energy in the room.

Without losing your connection to yourself,

Feel your partner in front of you.

Fully open yourself to another person's energy.

In a moment,

You will both open your eyes.

But before you do so,

Commit to allow yourself to be seen and also commit yourself to fully see someone else.

Prepare yourself to show yourself without needing to smile or without adding any other type of communication.

Now,

Without losing the connection to yourself and without losing your relaxed state of mind,

Slowly open your eyes.

Visually take in the person in front of you.

Stay centered within yourself,

But allow yourself to fully see and also to fully be seen.

Just sit here for a moment,

Gazing at each other.

Now,

Without losing eye contact,

Slowly shift your focus to the space behind the other person.

Keep your eye contact,

But bring your awareness to what is behind your partner.

Your focus and concentration moves to the space behind the other person.

Feel that space.

Slowly bring your attention back to the person in front of you.

Bring your focus fully onto them,

Not behind them anymore.

For a few breaths,

Be with each other.

See and acknowledge each other.

Feel each other.

Now,

I would like to invite you two to breathe together.

Keep connected through your eyes and slowly come to the same breathing rhythm.

In.

In.

And out.

And out.

In.

And out.

In.

And out.

Keep breathing.

Don't worry about going back to your natural individual breathing rhythm.

Accept the constant flow of connecting and disconnecting that this world provides for you.

Accept and appreciate the natural rhythm of coming and going.

Take a moment here to let the natural movement of energy happen.

In.

Lastly for today,

Embrace the person in front of you for who the person is.

Find love for who this person truly is.

And also embrace the space behind your partner.

For a few last moments,

Embrace and bathe in the beautiful connection you established today.

Even though it will pass in a moment and you will let each other go.

And slowly let go of your focus.

Relax and soften.

You can now smile,

Cry,

Talk or communicate in any other way you want to.

This meditation is finished now.
