And this is a recording of a live session we did together about our human mind and quieting it down,
In order to direct our thoughts so much more powerfully than we're used to.
In this session,
We will share information,
Open up our brains to new possibilities,
And do a wonderful guided meditation together.
But first,
I'd like to invite you to sink with me into your body,
Into this present moment.
From there,
Our minds open up even more.
So please,
Sit up straight,
With your feet flat on the floor,
And close your eyes for a moment.
Then start by taking a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose,
And exhale through your mouth,
And just relax.
And try to exhale longer than you inhale,
And relax once again.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale.
And again,
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale.
Focus on your mouth,
And push your tongue upwards,
Against the ceiling of your mouth,
So to speak,
And then let your tongue drop.
Let it just rest on the bottom of your mouth,
Quietly.
And feel what happens in your body when you do that.
And then soften your eyes,
Soften your gaze.
Relax all the muscles in your face,
In and around your eyes,
In and around your mouth.
And again,
Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Relax the tension in your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms and your hands.
Ask to feel very relaxed.
Then feel your feet on the floor.
Feel the inside of your feet.
Can you feel energy moving there?
Bring your attention upwards,
Through your ankles,
All the way up to your knees,
Through your thighs,
To your hips,
To your belly.
And put one hand on your belly,
And start by breathing deep into the belly.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale.
And keep breathing,
At your own pace,
In your belly.
From this place,
Allow this information to just wash over you,
To come over you.
Just allow it,
Receive it.
You don't have to remember anything.
Trust that your cells,
Your subconscious,
Your higher consciousness,
Records everything for you,
And it just pops up whenever you need it.
Because that's how wonderful your brain works.
Nice,
Isn't it?
Our brain is so much more than just this physical thing in our head,
Which generates thoughts.
Does our brain generate thoughts,
Or what?
Because,
Oh boy,
This brain of ours.
Have you noticed how many thoughts it thinks?
Our brain just goes on and on and on and on.
60,
000 to 70,
000 thoughts a day.
The moment you become a little bit more aware,
The moment you start to get a little bit more mindful,
You start to notice it.
All those thoughts just wandering around throughout your entire day.
And most of them,
They are not going anywhere.
It's just simple thinking,
Mind chatter.
So useless.
Then I started to realize something.
Hmm,
Most people are not thinking.
I am not really thinking when I'm in that state.
I am being thought.
Most people are being thought constantly.
And it makes sense,
Because your brain,
Your mind,
Is not just you thinking.
Your brain,
Your mind,
Is a receiver,
A transmitter,
A decoder.
It is constantly picking up information from the outside world,
Decoding this information into a physical,
Apparently physical reality,
In your mind,
And it's using the information from the outside.
It's using information from within you,
And from around you.
So,
If your mind feels busy,
If it's constantly,
Well,
Like in this constant noise,
It is not strange.
All these thousands and thousands of thoughts a day,
Repetitive thoughts,
Patterns,
Well,
They come from your own programs,
But also from all the programs that are running in the collective consciousness.
We are in this collective field,
Right?
And that is really a soup of information.
You,
Your brain,
Is constantly picking up information and processing it,
Over and over again,
Rehashing it again,
Over and over.
And there is a little bit of a problem with that.
We are not aware of it,
Because everybody does it,
And we don't have another example,
Right?
But as you know,
We create our reality,
We perceive,
Decode our reality,
Through our minds.
Our minds are the decoders of this reality.
So,
If you have a decoder which is all cluttered,
And full with all these senseless thoughts,
Like,
Oh,
What shall I eat?
Oh,
I wonder how this is going.
Oh,
This is stupid.
Oh,
What would the neighbor be thinking?
Oh,
Really,
Really,
Really,
I have to go to the gym.
I haven't been there for such a long time.
Oh,
I'm not good enough.
I have to go more.
Look at my body,
It's not really going anywhere.
Oh,
What would the neighbors think of me?
I really should be doing it.
Should I eat a salad or a steak?
What would be better for me?
I have to call my father.
My father,
He's really angry with me.
I have to do something about that.
Should I or should I not?
Hmm,
What's going on?
I don't know.
What should I wear?
Wow,
Can you feel the energy behind that?
And all these thoughts,
They are just not stopping.
And that is what we occupy ourselves with.
And it's important to realize this,
Because we really think that our life is happening out there.
Within our jobs,
In our relationships,
In situations,
On our bank account,
In our houses,
What have you.
We are constantly commenting on all those things,
On what happens or does not happen,
In our so-called outside reality.
We are so busy with the projection on the screen,
While our influence is not out there on the screen.
It's an illusion.
It's a projection of your own mind and consciousness.
So,
If you want to influence the experience you have in the so-called outside world on the screen,
Where do you go to change it?
You don't influence on the screen,
You influence on the projector,
Not on the projection,
Right?
All these thoughts about the outside world keep you trapped in the outside world,
Keep you trapped in the projection,
In the illusion.
And that's like trying to fix your hair in the mirror.
Right?
If you want to do your hair differently,
Where do you change it?
In the mirror?
Or on your head?
Well,
That's logical,
Right?
So,
If you want to see things differently in the outside world,
If you want your hair differently,
You don't fix the screen,
You fix the projector,
You fix the decoder.
So,
If you want clarity,
Focus,
Direction,
Increase of your creative power,
Because you create your reality through your thoughts,
Don't fix the outside,
Work here,
Where the decoder is.
Work with your mind,
Work with your own system.
And it's so important because you create,
I already said it,
Your reality through your thoughts.
When you think a thought or speak a word,
You are actually emitting an energy and frequency out into the unified field.
And this energy is not only floating away to find its frequency match,
It just goes out there,
But it's also in your cells.
You are emitting that energy from the inside out.
So imagine,
If you have all these thoughts,
And most of them,
To be honest,
Are negative ones,
Self-rejecting ones,
Full of self-judgment,
Judgment of others,
Judgment of circumstances.
Then what are you emitting?
What are you immersing yourself in?
What is the frequency that you are putting into your cells?
And what are you asking and intending?
What are you creating your reality with?
Is that the reality you want?
If you want to start to change your life,
You have to start with changing your decoder.
And the best advice I got in the beginning of my awakening process was to put little notes everywhere in my house,
On the fridge,
On the bathroom mirror,
On my laptop.
And it said,
Stop,
I want to feel good.
And I kept repeating it.
Every time a worrisome,
A negative,
An overload of thoughts came up,
I just said,
Stop,
I want to feel good.
And by this I trained myself.
And that was my first step in becoming more mindful and also in commanding my own space.
It was my stop to being thought and start to create my own thoughts.
Mindful,
Way more deliberately than ever before.
That feels really good to say it now,
I know this.
Stop,
I want to feel good.
Oh nice,
I still got it.
Because really,
All those thoughts that just keep rambling,
The mind chatter,
I noticed at one point that it always comes from the left,
In my case.
It is so useless filling up my space with a lot of energy from the collective.
You know,
Our brains are also interconnected through the earth grid,
Through the brain of the planet.
So imagine all those brains of all those humans constantly producing clutter and we all send it out and receive it and process it constantly through our minds.
So exhausting.
And I also noticed some other things.
There are also other thoughts.
For me,
They appear to come from the right,
From my right side.
Those are the thoughts from which you get those goosebumps and you just know,
Wow,
This came from a different place.
I hope you have realized it at one point in your life and if not,
Intend for it,
To experience it.
Because that will help you to discern which thoughts am I thinking.
Is it the repetitive thoughts from the collective that just keep going round and round and round?
Or is this a thought,
A thought form from a higher mind?
I just want to know the difference.
Ask and see what happens.
One example.
After my divorce,
I was looking for a house.
Or actually,
I don't know if I was looking,
I just was in a survival mode.
Whatever.
I got an offer for this house I now live in.
It's from a friend.
She went to France.
She said,
Do you want to live in this house?
And my brain,
On the left,
To be true,
Started to make lists immediately of why nots.
Why not possible?
Why too far away from the children?
Too much hustle?
I don't know.
All those thoughts came up.
And suddenly,
In that process,
There was one very,
Very,
Very clear thought form from the right,
And it said,
You can also think in possibilities.
Bam.
Goosebumps.
Okay.
I hear you.
Yeah.
This was a transmitted thought form from the bigger me.
Clearly.
And it aligned my brain,
My thoughts,
My mind channels,
Immediately to a different outcome.
A different timeline and different trajectory.
So there I was,
Started to unravel myself.
And now,
Here I am,
Living in this house,
Which was always the plan,
I guess.
Those thoughts,
When they come from the higher mind,
Are so much more productive.
Sharp,
Clear,
Focused.
With those thoughts,
You create your reality so much more aligned.
These are the thoughts we want to think more.
Yeah.
And maybe the biggest lesson is,
In this case,
Your mind is not who you really are.
No.
You are so much bigger than that.
It is only an instrument through which you perceive reality.
And you can adjust that instrument.
And that's really the good news,
Right?
So,
If the mind is the instrument,
Then the question becomes if your instrument clear or distorted.
Your brain works through channels.
We have three channels.
A planetary channel,
A mind channel,
That is connected to the planetary grid through which you can perceive the reality here,
Communicate,
Live your life on planet Earth.
But,
You have also a mind channel that's all the way going up into the galaxy,
And a third one that is connected to the center of the universe,
To Source.
Those three are communication lines.
And in order to communicate with your own higher consciousness,
Which is beyond the planetary level,
You have an aspect in the galaxy and at Source.
If you want to communicate and receive the thought forms from that aspect of you,
Then you have to have those communication lines very clearly aligned.
They are supposed to be clear.
If they are,
Then you have those very clear communication lines with this earthly reality and beyond.
You can perceive and be in this world and not of it,
Because you have your communication lines open with a bigger you outside of this matrix.
This is where those goosebump thoughts forms come from.
If those communication lines are aligned,
You have the channels open with your divine mind.
And from there,
Life becomes a whole different ballgame.
But there is a little bit of a challenge here,
Because when there is trauma,
When we have all these blocks in our system,
Also our mind channels are blocked.
And trauma,
Well,
That's a thing here on the planet.
Due to what happened here,
Due to the separation from Source and from its own true divine essence,
The frequency of this planet dropped massively into layers of fear,
Anger,
Rage and huge confusion.
So,
That's trauma,
Right?
Losing the connection to your own higher consciousness,
To your divine self and to your Source,
To your divine parent,
Losing that connection is the biggest trauma there is.
And all the traumas we experience in our human life are reflections of that initial imprint.
And from there,
Your system becomes fragmented.
Your brain becomes incoherent,
Scattered.
And of course,
Then it's very illogical to have all those signals and all those thoughts and all that mind chatter not going everywhere,
Because we are scattered around,
Not focused,
Not clear.
Technically,
Your brain is energy,
Frequency and information itself,
With a pulse.
And each brain lobe has its own natural pulse and rhythm.
Trauma and blocks disrupt this rhythm.
So that is where your brain becomes incoherent and very,
Very available for all those incoherent thoughts.
This is what we call a trauma brain.
A brain scattered all around,
Brain channels scattered all around.
Trauma makes your brain fragmented,
Incoherent pulses.
And this is what most people in this state experience.
No focus,
Overthinking,
Confusion,
Emotional overwhelm,
Feeling all over the place.
Not having a big enough container to feel emotions.
It's just so wobbly.
The system is not aligned.
But the good news is,
We can support our brain and start to train it and bring all those brain waves in a new state of being to a zero point.
And this has so much benefits.
It allows recalibration,
Synchronization and neurological balance.
Brain coherence restores proper hormone release,
Neurotransmission and cellular rhythm all throughout your body.
And then the coherence between your brain and your heart starts to appear.
Your heart truly supports your brain in this one.
So maybe,
Let's do a small exercise right now.
Just put one hand on your heart and one on your head.
And then start to use your breath.
Inhale.
Exhale.
And exhale longer than you inhale.
And then say from your heart,
I ask and intend to align my brain with my heart.
And at your own pace,
Keep breathing in and out.
And notice what happens.
Well,
This is already one step.
We go a little bit deeper.
We go to the zero point with the energy of Source.
And we bring our minds to a complete reset,
To a zero point.
And then the mind can finally come to a rest and quiet down.
Really,
Really,
Really quiet down.
Zero point.
A zero point is a gravitational point that holds energy together.
Source,
Creator Source or Divine Parent is the zero point of the entire universe.
It holds the entire universe together.
It holds it together in just one breath.
This zero point is nothing and everything at the same time.
It's pure,
Infinite possibility and probability.
It's infinite possibilities and complete stillness all at the same time.
It's time and timelessness.
It's space and spacelessness.
From this Source zero point zero points spread throughout the entire universe.
As above,
So below comes through the zero points.
When you are in a zero point wherever you are in the universe and you align with the energy in that point you are directly at Source.
You are everywhere at the same time.
So,
When you reach that state oh my you instantly connect into that grid.
Into that grid of zero points and you are that energy.
You are that energy of Source from up there right here in your physical experience as a human in your brain.
This is reconnecting consciously to Source level intelligence.
This is a state where all possibilities are.
Because in this state where the mind is not doing anything it is truly all possibilities that come alive.
When the mind clutters,
The mind chatters it's just falling away and the brain aligns the mind channels align you bring this energy through.
And because of this energy that is all possibility all the particles the particles with which your brain creates your reality they become waveforms again.
Waveforms of all possibility.
From where you can start to create your reality at a completely new level.
So,
Being at zero point is a state where there is no thought no interpretation no noise.
It's just pure presence.
And here the coherence returns.
It's like rebooting a computer and it's the true gift to your brain.
It can finally rest.
And even if it's just for a few seconds a few seconds rest in this noisy world how valuable is that?
And we can build on it.
We can expand that timeline by training our brain.
And it's a true gift you give yourself and your brain because when your brain becomes coherent clarity comes in.
Big time.
Seeing through the illusion of this reality receiving the guidance clearly the thought forms from your higher consciousness it becomes so clear it comes through so clearly and then your creation process becomes so precise because instead of being all over the place you start to really focus your energy on the thoughts that tell you what you do want to create instead of repetition of what you don't want.
And this is such a beautiful and powerful process.
When we can get our brains to that point it's so beautiful.
It's beyond anything.
And I can tell you about it but it all has to do with your own experience,
Of course.
So,
Let's move into the actual practice.
Yeah,
I can tell you but it's really,
Really your own brain that wants to show it to you.
And as you can probably already guess and I don't know what's coming up for you right now but it requires a little bit of training because can you imagine I don't know what your age is but I'm 48 right now and all those years all those thoughts and all those just going around and around and around in circles my brain didn't know anything else.
And my brain is just desperate to wander off to fall back in that original state.
So I have to bring it back over and over again and I train this daily.
Yeah,
I still do.
And it's beautiful.
I wouldn't want to have it any other way.
Yet,
It requires some training.
What do you have to know before we go into the exercise?
Well,
You will notice thoughts.
And the thing is,
Just let them pass by.
Use your breath.
Your breath is the most powerful instrument you have.
Just imagine that you are just sweeping out the thoughts from your mind through your breath.
And whenever a thought comes,
Just let it go.
Don't think about it.
Don't judge it.
Don't interpret it.
Just let it go.
Use your breath.
And even if you are just for a few seconds in this state it's such an accomplishment.
But don't start to celebrate it already because then you are in a thought form again.
I will guide you.
But at one point in the session I will quiet down completely.
No noise.
Even no music.
Because my voice or the music are also frequencies and your brain is reacting and responding to it.
So we make it as quiet as possible.
You might start noticing energy flowing in your body.
You might notice nothing at all.
And sometimes it works,
Sometimes it doesn't.
It's just the state you are in.
It's no contest.
There is nothing to win,
No prize.
Only the connection with your own true self.
And that's the thing.
How do we do this?
By consciously and deliberately asking and intending for this connection.
For this zero point mind quieting.
And it's different.
It's different from any mindfulness,
Whatever you do on a planetary level.
Which is also good.
I had to do that as well.
But from there I discovered this energy,
This frequency at source.
Beyond the planetary level.
And that is what makes it very different.
So we have to train it.
And you have to do it consistently.
Consistently.
Because your brain gets,
Well,
Dragged into all that other energies.
Do this for 30 days consistently every day.
Then you build upon the experience and your mind starts to get used to this state of being.
Then you are truly and completely rewiring your brain.
And what happens over time?
Your thoughts slow down.
Your clarity increases.
Your focus sharpens.
Your intuition and guidance strengthen.
You have more discernment.
You give your thoughts more speed,
More direction,
More clarity in your creative process.
And you start to download directly universal knowledge.
This,
In this state,
Is where you are such a powerful and deliberate creator.
In the image of your own creator.
Your thoughts become such powerful and deliberate instruments to create a new reality here on this earth.
And I'm on this path myself as well.
And we keep intending to master this more and more.
To master this human mind and this brain.
And it's quite a thing,
I know.
It's like going against the stream with a mind that is so used to go on rambling.
But,
I told my mind,
You are my friend.
And I want you to rest as well.
So we,
Together,
Get better and better and better in this.
So guys,
Therefore,
Let's do this together in a meditation.
If thoughts come in,
Just let them go.
Don't judge.
Don't judge.
Only observe.
That's the point of the exercise.
Simply do the best you can.
And whatever happens,
Happens.
It's all good.
Ask to be very awake and clear.
The idea is for us to achieve this balance,
This zero point state,
While we are awake.
That's the training.
On the other hand,
You may also have amazing experiences when you achieve this zero point.
You may see a burst of light or feel massive energy in your body.
It's the same thing.
It's okay to go,
Oh wow,
This is cool.
But don't start to think about,
What does it mean?
Where am I?
Is this okay?
Then you're in the thoughts again.
Be the observer.
And know that you will be held in a container that is quite large.
And that you will be safe and comfortable at all times.
Nothing harmful or weird will happen.
You are in this safe container,
Guided,
Protected by your own higher consciousness.
That is our intent.
Always,
When we do this exercise,
When we train our brain,
We are safe and comfortable.
And we have exactly the right experience that's meant for us in that moment of time.
So,
We set that intent,
We agree to it,
We stick to it,
And we just enjoy.
Alright,
Whatever needs to happen will happen.
And we'll just have fun with it and enjoy it.
And we can do it over and over and over again and have over and over and over again even more beautiful experiences.
Let's just enjoy and sink into it.
So here we go.

Deep breath into your nose.
And exhale through your mouth.
And just relax.
And again,
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Relax some more.
Quiet your thoughts.
Quiet your mind.
And again,
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Exhale.
Ask to remain alert,
To remain focused,
And yet to be very relaxed.
Ask for the physical fatigue to go away.
Ask for the tension in your shoulders,
Your arms and hands to just dissolve.
And ask for your face muscles and your jaw muscles to just relax.
And again,
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale through your mouth,
Focus on your heart and say,
I ask and intend to create a sacred space.
I ask and intend to keep away the distracting thoughts,
Distracting mind chatter,
Distracting energies.
And I ask that my spirit family from source to please be present with me now.
And help me to create and maintain this sacred space.
And I ask my own higher consciousness and my spirit family to help me with this work,
With this exercise.
And to always keep me in a safe and comfortable place.
I ask to be guided through this work in a safe and comfortable way.
I ask and intend to quiet my mind and realign my mind channels properly,
So that the frequency of my own higher consciousness and the mind energy of source be perfectly distributed within my physical brain and within my entire physical body.
So that I have direct,
Clear and deep connection with creator and with the divine intelligence of the universe.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Visualize that you are at the center of the universe for a moment.
Just imagine and visualize,
Intend,
That you are in this bright,
Bright white light that is the energy of source at the center of the universe.
It is pure consciousness,
Pure light,
Pure love.
Pure truth.
And then follow this white light from the center of the universe out through space.
Just imagine that this light is traveling through space,
Through the cosmos,
Through the galaxy,
Through the center of the Milky Way.
To our planetary system.
And this light,
Straight from source,
Is landing at the earth grid right now.
And simply,
Through your intent,
Follow this beam of light from the earth grid above the earth plane to your physical location,
Where you are right now.
And now bring this light slowly from the ceiling through the top of your head.
The light is now slightly silver.
Silver,
Yellow and white.
With your intent that this light is source frequency.
That allows you to be perfectly connected and realigned with source.
Right here,
In human form.
So bring this light through your physical brain.
Silver,
Yellow and white.
Allow it to expand and fill your entire brain.
Take a moment to allow your brain to recognize that frequency as its original frequency and connection to source and creator.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Bring this light further down,
Through the rest of your head,
Your jaw,
Your neck and throat,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your upper back,
Your chest,
Your lower back and stomach,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your ankles and your feet.
And let it come out through the bottom of your feet,
Anchoring you down all the way into the earth.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Imagine another ball of light below your feet.
This one is blue.
Like a silverish blue with some silver and some white.
Now slowly,
Slowly,
Bring this light up through the bottom of your feet,
Through your feet and ankles.
Silverish blue light.
Through your knees,
Your thighs,
Your lower back and stomach,
Your upper back and chest,
Your arms,
Shoulders,
Neck and head.
And let it come out through the top of your head,
Connecting you all the way back to source.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Focus on your heart center for a moment.
Intent that your heart center be the core or the base of your alignment,
Keeping you anchored,
Grounded,
Focused,
Clear and awake.
Very present and in the now.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Bring your focus again to your heart and ask to quiet your mind.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Just flush out all the thoughts and quiet down.
Just stillness.
And as you exhale,
Quiet down.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Slowly,
Slowly,
Slowly.
Again.
Focus on your heart center.
Ask to integrate this connection and experience on a deep cellular level.
Ask to build upon this experience.
And to deepen it,
To open up to it.
Bring the energy through your body,
Down through your legs,
Through your feet,
And let it come through your feet,
Anchoring you down all the way in the earth.
Ask to feel grounded and present.
Ask to maintain this connection and alignment.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Slowly,
Slowly,
Open your eyes.
