Connect Your Brain To Source: Align With Higher Frequencies

In this meditation, you are invited to connect your brain and nervous system to the pure mind energy of Source. By intentionally aligning with the higher frequencies of Creator, you allow your entire being to recalibrate, paving the way for a completely new perception of reality.

As you draw in the light of mind energy, your brain channels begin to synchronize with the vibrations of the Universe. This shift can help you experience life from a higher frequency—filled with ease, joy, and abundance.

Take a deep breath, relax, and allow the light of Source to transform your experience.

Take a deep breath in,

Deep,

Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax.

I soften my eyes,

I soften my gaze,

I relax all the muscles in my face,

My neck,

My shoulders,

My arms and hands and I stop my thoughts.

I just quiet down completely,

I just quiet down more and more and more.

And again,

Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,

I ask and intend to create a sacred space.

I ask and intend to keep away all distracting thoughts,

Distracting mind chatter,

Distracting energies that are not aligned with my highest good or intent.

And I ask for my spirit family of Source to please be present now with me and help me to do this work and remain safe and comfortable at all times.

It is my intent to align my mind channels,

My brain channels with the frequency of Source.

And I ask to recalibrate my brain channels,

My brain cells and my entire nervous system with the frequency of Source.

And I ask that this work be done in only a safe and comfortable way.

And I ask that my spirit self and my spirit family to please allow me to do this work in the most comfortable and safe way and to keep this space protected at all times.

And so it is.

Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,

I imagine that there is a ball of light coming down from the center of the universe.

And this ball of light is what we call Mind Energy.

I now ask to tap into the Mind Energy of Source,

Of Creator,

Slowly,

Slowly.

I imagine that this light,

Which is deep royal blue with silver,

Is coming out of the center of the universe and is traveling through space towards our galaxy.

I focus on a deep royal blue and silver light with the intent that this is Mind Energy of Source.

I follow this light,

Royal blue and silver,

Through space again.

From the center of the Milky Way towards the planetary system.

I imagine that this light is now coming towards the Earth and is now right at the new Earth grid,

5 to 7 thousand miles around the Earth.

I imagine that this deep royal blue and silver light is wrapping around the new Earth grid for a moment.

I imagine that the new Earth grid is now completely filled with this light and that this light fits perfectly with the new Earth grid.

Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,

I now slowly imagine that this deep royal blue and silver light is now traveling through the grid,

Through the Earth plane.

And it is now traveling all the way above my country,

My town,

My home,

Wherever I am located at this moment.

I imagine this deep royal blue and silver light.

And I now know that this is the same Mind Energy light that began at Source,

At the center of the Universe,

It is absolutely pure,

Pure light,

It is clean energy and consciousness coming straight from Source.

This is the energy of my Creator.

And slowly,

Slowly I bring this light from the ceiling through the top of my head.

Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,

I now just imagine that this light coming in,

Filling my skull,

My brain,

Aligning the circuitry within my brain in a safe and comfortable way.

I imagine that this new light,

Which is the energy of Creator,

Is now moving the cells in my brain in a soft,

Loving,

Comfortable way.

It is beginning to align my circuitry.

As I allow it to happen,

I follow this light slowly.

Through my jaw,

My neck,

My throat,

My shoulders,

My arms,

My upper back,

My chest,

Pure blue and silver light,

Filling every cell in my lower back and my stomach,

My thighs,

My knees,

My ankles and my feet.

And I let it come out through the bottom of my feet,

Connecting me deeply into the center of the Earth.

And I feel it,

I sense it,

I know it.

This is the new energy from Source.

And I am now aligning my being and my physical body with this new energy completely.

And I now ask for it to just integrate some more,

While I go about my normal day.

This will unfold through me,

Automatically and spontaneously.

And so it is.

Quite powerful with perfect guidance. At first the energy seemed mostly silver like electricity or lightning concentrated in my brain and spine. It then gradually morphed into a solid blue/indigo.
