If you are pregnant,
Feeling anxiety,
A little bit of fear,
Maybe a little scared anticipation,
Nervousness,
This one's for you.
Let's take a deep breath together.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Nice deep breath in through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
As you take these breaths,
Your belly,
If you can,
Your chest,
Fills,
Fills,
Fills with air.
And then just release it all just let it go.
Nice slow exhale breath.
Slow deep inhale breath.
Even slower exhale breath.
Couple more rounds.
Nice,
Deep breaths.
Nice slow exhale breaths.
Beautiful job.
Notice how you feel.
However it is,
No judgment,
All feelings are welcome.
Nice big breath.
Look for the answer I feel fill in the blank at the top of the breath and then let it go releasing all attachments.
That feeling in that moment.
Letting the next moment have its own feeling.
Maybe it's the same,
Maybe it's different.
All the way to the top.
And then letting it go.
Beautiful job.
What is the feeling that you would like to embody?
More of within your womb,
In your heart.
In your mind.
Is it more peace,
More calm,
More love,
More clarity,
More hope?
More strength,
More courage.
What is it for you?
Imagine that that energy lives right outside of you in your biofield,
Full,
Complete.
Beautiful,
Accessible.
We're going to breathe that energy in straight into your belly button.
Filling your belly,
Filling your womb.
Sharing in that energy with the fluids that hold your child.
Or children,
Should that be the case as it was with me once upon a time.
Filling,
Filling,
Filling with that energy,
See that energy swirling around,
Give it color,
Texture,
Form.
And with every exhale,
You're releasing anything that is to the contrary.

Just letting it go.
Big breath in straight into that womb,
That uterus,
That belly,
Pulling that energy up into your heart.
Almost like a two-part breath into the belly,
Pulling it up into the chest.
This time take a deep breath,
Pull it into your belly.
Big,
Big chest pulling it through your throat up into your mind above your head.
Letting that breath open like an umbrella showering all the way around you.
To the bottom of you,
The bottom of your feet,
Your back.
Underneath you,
However you're sitting or lying and pulling that breath up through you.
Everything expands when you take this breath in.
All the way to the tip tip top of the breath.
The exhale is an opening,
A showering around you of this beautiful energy that you are creating.
Pulling it up through you,
Anything you don't need,
Anything holding you back from fully embodying that which you deeply desire.
Just let it go at the top of that exhale breath.
And then again at the bottom.
Letting it go.
Pulling in that which you do desire Letting it go.
