Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Eva Payne,
And today we're going to be focusing on calming the body,
Calming the heart,
The mind,
Creating that heart coherence,
And then having the capacity,
The ability to ask ourselves a question and listen for the answer from a place of love rather than fear.
How often do you find yourself in a position where you don't know what choice to make?
Maybe this meditation can help.
Get comfortable,
Take a few deep breaths,
And we will begin.
I invite you to imagine that you are sitting in a beautiful shallow pool of water,
And this water is magical.
What would it look like if it was magical?
It can look like anything because this is your meditation.
Deep breath.
Now as we meditate,
This water will begin to ripple.
Your energy,
Your frequency,
Your breath will create pools of beautiful energy around you,
And this energy is an amplifier.
Beautiful.
Beautiful.
Deep breath.
Exhale.
Deep breath from the center of your heart.
As you take this big breath in,
See your energy get bigger and bigger and bigger,
And as you let go of that energy,
It shrinks down,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Back down to one.
Big,
Big breath in,
And then all the way back down to one,
One tiny,
Tiny,
Tiny,
Tiny point.
Excellent.
Again.
Okay,
We're going to take this energy now.
Imagine breathing it into your heart,
Okay,
As if your heart has its own nose.
You're breathing it into your heart.
You're breathing it up,
Up,
Up,
Up through the top of your head.
It's going to open like an umbrella at the top of the breath.
It's going to exhale 360 degrees around you as it hits that water.
What happens?
Goes down into the earth,
The very center,
The very heartbeat of the earth,
And as you take that breath in again,
You're pulling from the center of the earth,
Okay?
You're pulling up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
All the way to the top.
You're opening that umbrella and letting it all the way down,
Hitting the water that you are sitting in,
Down,
Down,
Down into the center of the earth and pulling it back up.
Beautiful job.
Continuing with that breath,
Making it a little bit deeper,
A little bit longer,
Finding your own flow.
What is the question that you are pondering?
What is the question that you are pondering?
We're going to take that question and we're going to write it.
We're going to write it on a screen.
Imagine coming up to your mind,
Stepping into your mind.
What does your mind look like?
Walk through your mind,
Come to the very,
Very front of your mind.
Imagine beautiful windows.
As you take that breath and you exhale,
You blow open this window.
Look out into the horizon.
That is the screen.
With your exhale breath as a paintbrush,
I invite you to write your question,
Breathing it into your heart,
Pulling it up into your mind,
Taking that inhale.
When you let that exhale go,
Imagine that it's leaving your mind,
Going out to the horizon and the question is being written.
Take your time.
Deep breaths.
Filling out all the details.
What color is your question?
Does it have structure or form?
How is it written?
What does it look like on the horizon?
What does it feel like moving through your body as you exhale and send it out?
Beautiful.
Being the observer,
Simply looking at the question.
Why does this question matter?
Why does it matter?
Breathing in through your heart.
First,
It comes into your heart.
Why does it matter?
It takes the elevator ride up into your mind.
The exhale breath paints a picture.
First,
Feeling it in your heart and then sending it out.
Let's look at what some options are.
We're going to take a few deep breaths and I invite you to see various options as you exhale that breath onto the horizon.
Just allow our mind to be open.
What are all the options?
Deep breath in.
Exhaling it out.
Seeing one option appear.
Being the observer of it,
Deep breath in.
In through the heart,
Bringing it up,
Exhaling it out.
Perhaps another option.
No judgment.
Just data.
Big breath in and out.
There are no wrong or bad ideas.
Big breath in.
Allowing every option to be an option.
No choices being made.
We're just looking at options.
If you need to take a little bit more time to see if there are any other options,
Please do that now.
Otherwise,
I invite you with a few breaths to be the observer of the options that are available.
At this moment,
Given what you know,
Given where you are in life,
Just observe them.
Now,
Without judgment,
We're going to choose one option and we're going to breathe that option in.
With the inward breath,
I invite you to imagine peeling off that option off the horizon,
It moving towards you.
As it moves towards you,
It turns into a magical coat,
A jacket of some kind.
What color is it?
What texture is it?
As it moves towards you,
We're going to take this jacket.
We're not going to put it on yet.
We're going to travel down into our heart.
What is this option?
The big breath taking an elevator ride down into your heart,
Sitting in your heart,
Find a cozy spot.
We're going to try this jacket on.
What might it look like?
And more importantly,
What might it feel like?
A place of love,
Not fear.
A place of love,
What would it feel like?
Okay,
Let's take off this coat.
Find a beautiful place to hang it so you can come back and look at it again.
We're going to take an elevator ride back up into our mind,
Back to that horizon.
We're going to find another option and we're going to breathe it off of the horizon.
Big breath in,
Peeling it off.
As it moves towards you,
Begins to take form into a jacket.
What would this choice look like?
If it was a material object,
What color would it be?
What fabric would it be?
What would it feel like?
Let's take a big breath,
Move down into our heart space.
Excellent,
Finding a space.
Where would you like to try this jacket on?
Deep,
Slow breaths.
What would it look like to choose this option potentially?
More importantly,
What would it feel like?
If you have other options,
I invite you to pause this meditation and to go up and repeat this process.
To come back down and all the coats.
Let's look at the options.
If you have any on,
Taking it off.
Let's put all of them out in front of you.
Which one are you most excited about wearing?
Take a deep breath.
Which one feels the most safe?
Is there one that feels safe and fun?
Okay,
Before we make any final decisions,
Let's go back up into that mind space.
Deep breath.
Now we're going to pull the question off of the horizon.
Sat out there now for a little while.
With that inhale breath,
Imagine that question floating to you.
Peeling off the horizon.
Coming closer and closer.
Allowing it to take form.
It can look like anything.
What does the question look like if it were to take form?
And with a deep breath,
Going with that question down the elevator ride into our heart.
Stepping back into that heart space where these coats have been displayed.
Tried on.
Pondered about.
And I invite you to take a deep breath in and as you exhale that breath out,
We are going to release the question into this heart space.
Imagine it breaking up into a million tiny pieces.
Big breath in.
Exhale breath.
Gently and beautifully breaking up that question into a million pieces and allowing it to fill the heart space.
Touching each of the coats.
Big breath in.
And for the next minute,
Let's sit together.
Following that.
Beautiful.
Deep breath in.
Big sigh out.
Shake your shoulders.
Big breath in.
Big sigh out.
Shaking those shoulders.
One more big breath in.
Big sigh out.
Shaking those shoulders.
You do not need to make a decision right now.
I would invite you in fact to sit and integrate in this meditation.
What came up for you?
What has you pondering?
What are you fascinated about?
What might have been confusing or clear?
And if you have time today,
I would invite you to take these questions and integrate them in to movement.
Whether you choose to go on a walk around your block,
A bike ride,
Dance,
Shake your body out.
Choose something that moves your body.
You could walk around your place.
That would be sufficient.
Just see how it feels in your body.
You will feel a pull.
A gentle pull towards one of these options or maybe another one that you haven't yet thought of.
But listen to that still small voice.
That pull from the center of your heart.
You know you cannot make a wrong choice.
You will be okay.
No matter what choice you make.
So choose from your heart.
Choose what might bring you joy.
What is the most loving next step for yourself.
Choose that.
You can't go wrong.
Thank you for being here today.
One more big breath in.
And releasing it out.
Taking the time you need.
I appreciate you.
Have a beautiful and blessed day.
Namaste.
