Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Eva Payne,
And it is an honor to be here with you today.
Let's take a moment and ground into the space that we're in,
Bringing in some nice cleansing breaths.
Beautiful.
What is your intention today?
What would you like to bring into your heart and embody just a little bit more?
Let us declare it.
Beautiful.
Repeating to yourself,
I choose to participate in this guided meditation.
I am creating,
And what is it that you are creating today?
I'm going to invite you to imagine breathing into that heart space,
Taking a big breath in,
As if your heart has its own way of breathing,
And as you take that breath,
It goes straight into your heart,
And as it enters your heart,
It fills your heart with that intention,
Giving your intention structure,
Form,
Perhaps color,
Or sound,
Or a vibration.
Using your imagination,
It can look and feel like anything.
What does that intention look and feel like?
Gently,
As you pull it in from the quantum field into your heart,
What needs to move over or be sent out with the exhale breath to make room for this intention?
Gently letting it go with every exhale,
Sending it off back to nature with gratitude.
Even the things that we let go of have value.
What is that for you?
Big release out.
Two more big breath in.
Big release out.
One more big breath in.
Big release out.
How do you feel?
Checking in with how you feel right now,
Just allowing however you feel to be present,
To have a seat at the table,
To simply just be here with the meditation,
Acknowledging how you feel,
Thanking it for whatever lesson,
Whatever value it brings,
And the fact that your human vessel can feel all kinds of things in all kinds of ways.
What a remarkable invention you are.
Deep breath in.
Thank you for allowing yourself to feel,
Just being present with whatever is going on right now.
No judgment,
Just simply allow.
Allow your heart to feel however it feels.
Allow your fingers and toes to feel however they want to feel.
Allow your mind to sort through whatever it needs to sort through.
Just allow the feelings.
Thanking them.
Thanking whatever or whoever created this vessel so that our consciousness could occupy and hold the space within this body so that we get to feel and experience everything a human body can.
What a gift our life can be when we choose to see it through a lens of value,
To be open to every human experience,
To find the good.
What is the value?
What is the gift of each of the feelings?
What is the gift?
What is the gift of life?
What is the gift of that first breath?
And what is the gift of the last?
Thank you for choosing in to all the breaths in between.
Thank you for allowing yourself to feel all the different ways that you have and do feel.
Thank you for honoring each feeling being present with each of them.
Thank you for being a creator.
You are remarkable.
This experience can be remarkable even in the challenges.
If we choose to hold space for a truth that there is value in every experience,
