This deep sleep meditation is designed to support you if you wake up in the night and find yourself unable to drift back to sleep. This session gently guides you out of that wakeful state and back into the calm, natural rhythm of sleep. You’ll be invited to notice your breathing, to soften into each inhale and exhale, and then to gradually let every part of your body “fall asleep” — beginning with the feet and moving slowly upward through the body. With each step, you’ll feel yourself releasing effort, sinking deeper into comfort, and allowing the day — or night — to fade away. The gentle repetition, soothing imagery, and slow rhythm of the voice are designed to quiet your mind and reassure your body that it is safe to rest. There is nothing you need to do and nowhere you need to be except here, allowing yourself to return to sleep. By the end, you will feel wrapped in comfort and calm, with your body heavy, your mind quiet, and sleep gently returning to you.
