I'm so glad you're here.
Today's practice is an opportunity to reconnect with something quiet and steady inside you.
Your own inner knowing.
In a world full of noise and pressure,
This meditation is a return to self-trust.
Lao Tzu wrote,
At the center of your being,
You have the answer.
You know who you are,
And you know what you want.
Today,
We'll tune into your breath and body to strengthen that sense of self-trust.
This brings more clarity,
Less anxiety,
And a deeper grounding in your own truth.
Even when the path feels unclear.
So take a moment to settle,
Seated or lying down.
Let the shoulders drop.
The jaw soften.
The hands rest.
And as you're ready,
Gently closing down your eyes or softening your gaze.
We'll begin with three deep breaths.
Inhale into the belly.
Up into the ribs.
Exhale slowly,
Ribs softening and belly releasing.
Again,
Inhale into the belly.
And then the ribs.
Exhale,
Release the ribs.
And then the belly.
One more full breath in.
And a long breath out.
Now let the breath return to its natural rhythm.
No forcing,
Just following.
Notice the quiet sensation of simply being you.
Can you listen beneath the thoughts?
Beneath the noise?
There is a place in you that already knows.
Perhaps you felt it before.
A moment when you are clear on what you needed.
Remember that feeling.
Where did it live in your body?
Can you sense even a whisper of it now?
Give it your full attention.
And if you can,
Gently turn to the side.
Turn up the volume,
Amplifying that feeling of knowing.
This is the channel of your inner wisdom.
You don't need all the answers right now.
Just stay close to yourself with kindness and patience.
If doubt arises,
Let it pass like weather and return to the breath.
To this moment.
Each return strengthens the muscle of self-trust.
You are your own safe place.
You are your own guide.
Taking a deep breath into the self-knowing.
Thanking it for being with you always.
And as you're ready,
You can begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
Maybe place them in a place where you feel safe.
Placing a hand over your heart.
Thank yourself for listening inward today.
Is there an area in life where you already trust yourself more than you realize?
Fluttering your eyes open as you're ready.
An affirmation for you today is,
I trust myself.
May your day be as radiant as you are.
Take good care.
