In this practice, you will be invited to place your worries on a stone altar beneath the night sky in preparation for your sojourn into sleep. There is an opportunity for you to cleanse your body, mind, and spirit as well - in a natural outdoor swimming hole filled with cleansing and healing waters to soak in before surrendering to deep rest. You will receive a cleansing body scan in the healing waters. A peaceful nature visualization will be the final phase of guided relaxation to serenade you into your deep and restful sleep.
