Under the light of the Full Moon, we'll move through a traditional Metta (loving kindness) meditation - beginning with compassion for yourself and gently extending it outward to a loved one, a neutral person, a challenging person, and all beings everywhere. This practice supports emotional regulation by softening self-criticism and strengthening feelings of connection and inner safety. As you offer phrases of goodwill, you may notice your body settling and your heart opening in steady, grounded ways. A nourishing ritual for cultivating compassion - especially during times of tension, transition, or emotional intensity. May you be safe. May you be held in compassion. May you be at ease. May you remember your own light. And so it is.
