Namaste and welcome.
I'm Devi and this morning we'll take a few moments together to gently center ourselves before the day begins.
Whether you're sitting on your mat or still in your bed or maybe sipping a quiet cup of tea,
This is your space to pause and connect.
There is nothing you need to do or fix.
Just allow yourself to arrive as you are.
If it feels safe,
Gently close your eyes or simply soften your gaze.
Let the outside world blur and bring your focus gently inward.
Begin by taking a slow deep breath in through your nose and a long steady breath out through your mouth.
One more time,
Inhale deeply and exhale fully.
Let your breath settle into a soft and chill rhythm.
No need to force it.
Just notice the breath entering and the breath leaving.
Let each breath soften your body a little more.
Let it ground you into this moment,
The only one you need to be in.
With every inhale,
Feel the energy of a new day.
And with every exhale,
Release any pressure or weight you might be holding.
Now let's begin to bring awareness to our physical body.
Feel the points of contact where your feet meets the floor,
Where your body meets the surface beneath you.
Allow yourself to be held.
Bring gentle awareness to your face.
Soften your eyebrows,
Release your jaw and relax your shoulders away from your ears.
Let go of any tension you are carrying here.
Feel the rise and fall of your chest with each breath.
Let your belly soften.
Your arms rest heavy.
Your legs are grounded and still.
There is nothing to hold up right now.
You can just be here,
Knowing that you are supported.
As you settle into this quiet,
Take a moment to set an intention for your day.
It can be a single word like peace,
Focus or presence.
Or a gentle phrase like,
I will meet this day with grace or I'm enough just as I am.
Let your intention arise naturally without any pressure.
Let it float into your awareness like a soft whisper.
Once you feel that your intention settle in,
Breathe it in deeply and breathe it out into your day.
Let it become your quiet guide.
Now,
Begin to bring small movements back into your body.
Wiggle your fingers,
Your toes.
Maybe stretch gently if that feels good.
Feel the energy of your breath.
Feel the calm in your body.
And feel the strength in your stillness.
Place your hands over your heart.
Take one last deep breath in.
And a soft breath out.
Carry this sense of calm into whatever your day brings.
You are grounded.
You are present.
And you're more than enough.
Thank you for sharing these quiet moments with me.
May your day unfold with ease.
Namaste.
