Namaste,
This is Devi.
I'm honored to guide you into a quiet space of self-love today.
We all carry doubt.
It comes in whisper,
Sometimes loud,
Questioning our worth,
Our direction,
Our place in the world.
But what if we didn't try to silence those voices with force?
What if we met them with love?
Today,
We are not pushing anything away.
We are softening into what's here and gently releasing we no longer need to carry.
Find a comfortable posture.
Close your eyes or lower your gaze.
Let your body feel supported by the ground beneath you.
Begin with a slow breath in through the nose and a gentle sigh out through your mouth.
Again inhale ease,
Exhale any tension you notice.
Let your breath be your anchor in this practice.
Each inhale is an invitation inward and each exhale a quiet letting go.
Now bring to mind a recent moment when doubt showed up.
Maybe it was a thought like I'm not doing enough or I'm not good at this or I don't know if I belong.
Whatever it is,
Allow one gentle memory to arise.
Not to dwell in it but to witness it with love.
Now imagine speaking to that doubt not as a critic but as the wise loving part of you.
Say to the doubt,
I see you.
I know you're trying to protect me but I no longer need to be held back by fear.
Bring your hand to your heart.
Soften your voice inside and say even with doubt I'm still enough.
I chose to trust myself gently,
Slowly and fully.
Let these words echo in your breath.
Let them feel like a medicine.
Now visualize your doubt as a cloud soft but heavy lingering around the mind and heart but with each exhale,
Imagine the cloud slowly disappearing,
Breaking apart,
Releasing upward into the light.
Breathe in trust,
Breathe out doubt.
Breathe in confidence,
Breathe out old stories.
Breathe in compassion,
Breathe out self-judgment.
Breathe in trust,
Breathe out doubt.
Breathe in trust,
Breathe in confidence,
Breathe out old stories.
Breathe in compassion,
Breathe out self-judgment.
Now let the air feel clear.
Let your mind feel light.
Let your heart feel whole.
Gently repeat after me slowly and kindly.
I am NOT my doubt.
I am the one who sees it and softens it with love.
I am learning to trust my voice.
I am learning to stand in my light.
I am enough even in my uncertainty.
Let these words wrap around you like a soft shawl.
You don't need to be perfect.
You only need to be present.
Begin to return to your body.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Breathe deeply into your chest.
Feel how your breath moves more freely now.
Feel the space you have made within.
You have shown yourself compassion today and that is no small thing.
Carry this softness with you.
May it meet your doubt with love again and again.
Namaste
