This is Devi and I am so grateful to share this space with you.

Today's practice is about opening,

Not forcing and not fixing,

But gently softening the heart,

One breath at a time.

When the world feels too fast or when we feel disconnected from our own light,

Returning to the heart brings us home.

Let's begin by settling in.

Allow yourself to arrive as you are.

Close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Let your breath be your invitation inward.

Place one or both hands gently over your heart space.

Feel your own warmth there.

Maybe even the soft rhythm of your heartbeat.

Let's breathe into this space together.

Inhale slowly through your nose.

Exhale softly through your mouth.

Breathe in as your heart itself is expanding.

Breathe out,

Letting any tightness melt away.

Let each breath feel like an embrace.

Let it soften you layer by layer.

Now,

We'll move gently into some affirmations spoken directly to the heart.

Whisper them softly to yourself.

Let them live inside your body,

Not just in your thoughts.

Inhale,

My heart is open to love.

Exhale,

I am safe to receive.

Inhale,

Compassion flows through me.

Exhale,

Kindness begins with me.

Inhale,

I forgive myself and others.

Exhale,

I release what no longer serves me.

Inhale,

I am connected to all living beings.

Exhale,

I give and receive love freely.
