Hi friends!
Today I'm going to tell you a story about a little mouse who discovered how much brave he really was.
So find a cozy place to sit or lie down and let your body be soft and if you like gently close your eyes.
And if you enjoy this magical adventure remember to follow me on Insight Timer so we can share many more journeys together.
Take a moment to imagine you're a very little and small mouse.
Your body feels light and your little whiskers twitch and your little paws are ready to explore.
You're safe and calm,
Ready for adventure.
Once upon a time there was a little mouse named Milo.
Milo lived in a soft warm burrow under the grass.
He loved playing hide-and-seek but sometimes he felt too small to do big things.
One sunny morning Milo looked out and saw a shiny piece of cheese across the meadow.
It looked delicious but to reach it he could have to cross the tall grass,
Hop over tiny streams and walk past fluttering butterflies.
Milo's heart pounded.
Could he do it?
Milo remembered what his grandmother always told him.
Bravery doesn't mean you're not scared.
It means you keep going even when you are.
So Milo took a deep breath and stepped into the tall grass.
The grass tickled his fur.
He kept going.
He hopped over the stream,
Splashed.
His fork got wet but he giggled and moved on.
Finally,
The butterflies surrounded him,
Fluttering like a rainbow cloud.
Instead of being afraid,
Milo stopped to watch.
They made him smile.
At last,
Milo reached the cheese.
He nibbled happily and realized something very important.
He was small but he was strong and brave.
Now imagine yourself as Milo,
Standing tall and smiling.
You too are brave.
Even small steps can be great adventures.
Milo curled up in his burrow that night,
Feeling proud and calm.
Just like Milo,
You can be brave in your own little adventures every day.
Slowly,
Wiggle your fingers and toes and when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
And remember,
Bravery is already inside you.
Even when things feel big,
You can take one small step at a time.
Thank you so much for joining me and Milo today.
