Namaste and welcome.

Today we gather in a sacred pause to honour the turning point of light,

The summer solstice.

Whether you're lying down or seated in stillness,

Or maybe simply listening with presence,

This space is for you.

This is a time of radiant energy,

A time to celebrate the fullness of life and to gently reflect on what is growing and glowing within you.

If you feel safe to do so,

Close your eyes or lower your gaze.

Allow your body to settle.

Let the outside world grow quieter as we turn towards the inner sun.

Let's begin with three nourishing breaths together.

Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Again,

Breathe in warmth and light and exhale any heaviness or tension.

One more time.

Inhale,

Ease.

Exhale,

Release.

Now allow your breath to return to the natural rhythm.

No need to change anything.

Just notice it flowing in and flowing out.

With every breath,

You're more at home in your body.

With every exhale,

You're softening,

You're rooting,

Settling into this radiant moment.

The summer solstice marks the longest day of the year,

A sacred point of illumination and fullness.

Take a moment to feel the light inside you,

The light that has carried you through challenges,

The light of your heart,

Your courage,

Your presence.

Imagine a warm,

Golden glow at the center of your heart,

Soft and steady.

Like the midday sun.

With each breath,

See it expanding,

Glowing outward through your ribs,

Through your shoulders,

Your arms,

Down through your belly,

Your legs,

And into the earth.

You are both the light and the one who holds it.

Let this light remind you that you're alive,

You're growing,

You are enough,

Just as you are.

This is a moment of turning from fullness towards the next season.

Ask yourself quietly,

What in me is asking to be celebrated today?

What is blooming within my heart?

What am I ready to release now that I have seen it clearly?

There is no need to force answers.

Just allow these gentle questions to flow across your awareness,

Like the light across a field.

As the sun shines brightly above,

Allow yourself to plant a quiet intention for this new season.

It might be one word like lightness,

Trust,

Or joy,

Or a simple phrase,

I welcome this season with an open heart,

Or I grow with the light.

Whatever arises,

Let it come gently.

There is no wrong way to set an intention.

Let it settle into your heart.

Let it shine from within.

Begin to invite movements back into your body.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes.

Roll your shoulders softly.

Maybe offer yourself a stretch,

Long,

Delicious and slow.

Feel the warmth of the solstice in your body.

Feel the peace of this moment.

Place one hand or both the hands over your heart.

Take one final deep breath together.

Inhale light.

Exhale peace.

May you move through this season with presence,

With purpose,

And with joy.

Thank you for sharing this sacred pause with me.

Namaste.
