And I will help you flow through this meditation.
And to begin,
Gently lie back.
And if you are in a place that you're not able to lie back,
That's okay.
Give yourself permission to let go,
Release,
And settle on to the surface beneath you.
And imagine that you are lying back,
That you are lying back onto the earth,
Held by the mother herself.
It is here when you connect to earth that you feel safe.
It is here you can release and let go of all your troubles.
Lie back,
My dear.
Lie back and release all the years of heaviness that you have been carrying with you.
Let go of the hurtful moments.
Let go of the heartbreak.
Offer this heaviness to Mother Earth,
For she can take this heaviness and redistribute it safely.
Release my dear,
Let it all go.
And bring your awareness to the breath,
Allowing your breath to flow in and out gently,
Finding a rhythm that supports this relaxed state,
And soften down upon the earth.
Relax until you feel as if you are one,
You and the earth.
Relax your body,
Letting go and becoming a part of the earth beneath you.
Relax down and become a part of the soil that you are resting upon.
Lie still,
Be still,
So still.
And in this stillness,
Notice,
Notice the grass,
The flowers,
The flora.
Notice it as it begins to grow right up through your restful body.
You have become one with nature.
Feel the rhythm of this energy begin to flow through you.
The energy of the earth,
The energy of the mother.
And if you lie still,
The butterflies,
The bees,
The birds will come to join you.
They will rest among the flowers and grass and sing a lovely song of joy.
Rest here peacefully,
One with the earth,
One with nature.
Be still,
My dears,
Be still.
And in this beautiful space,
Gaze down upon your body and see the lovely flowers.
Feel the grass as it moves and grows up through your body.
Watch the flutter of the butterfly.
Hear the hum of the bee,
The joyful songs from the birds.
Rest here peacefully,
One with nature.
You are beautiful.
In this moment,
Your body is soft and relaxed.
It flows at the beautiful rhythm,
The vibration of mother earth.
Your nervous system is calm and relaxed.
Gaze down upon your beautiful body,
The flowers,
The flora.
See yourself as one with nature.
And we'll begin to bring our awareness back into our body,
Back into our form.
And we do so ever so gently.
When you are ready,
We gently wiggle just a bit,
Allowing the plants,
The grass,
The flowers,
The soil to gently relocate.
Wiggle your body just a bit,
Just to allow it to brush off,
Moving back to the earth.
Bring your awareness back to your whole form.
Bring your awareness back to that place where your body is resting on a surface,
And feel that surface beneath you.
We bring our awareness back to this place where we feel safe.
When you are ready,
Rise up,
Refreshed,
And renewed.
