This meditation is a walking meditation.
A meditation allowing you to step in to who you are meant to be.
Your very best self.
This is Denise and I will be walking alongside you.
But before we get started,
Let's first set an intention.
This might sound something like,
I'm stepping in to my very best version of who I am.
Or,
I am stepping away from the past and into my future.
What would you like to build,
To create,
As you move through this walking meditation?
And let's begin.
Find yourself on the path.
And if you're not in nature,
You can imagine that you're walking in nature and still move through this meditation with us.
As we begin,
If you are outside,
Ensure that you are safe and that you are aware of your surroundings.
And let's begin.
Begin to walk.
And as you do,
Feel the earth beneath your feet.
Notice how stable it feels.
How secure you feel.
As you walk,
Notice your breath as it flows in and out.
Bring your awareness to the scent around you.
Maybe you notice your arms as they swing next to you,
Generating power.
And as we walk,
Remember to breathe.
As you walk,
One foot in front of the other.
Imagine that you are stepping into your power,
With each step building confidence.
Visualize yourself stepping forward.
Knowing that our thoughts shape our behavior,
Let's introduce some positive affirmations as we walk along this path.
Maybe you can visualize that as you are walking along the path,
It is paved in gold.
One that is leading to opportunities and possibilities.
And as we do,
Let's affirm.
I am worthy.
I am confident.
I am a magnet for positivity.
Goodness always finds me.
I can create the life of my dreams.
I am valuable.
I am unstoppable.
Right now,
In this moment,
I am stepping into my life.
And continue to walk along this path,
Remembering to breathe.
And imagine these powerful words,
Beginning to penetrate who you are,
Moving into your body,
Into yourselves.
Let these new and powerful perspectives resonate within you.
When we release the past,
Or any negative blockages,
We are able to step in to our chosen future.
Breathe out.
And as you breathe in,
Imagine only positive thoughts are flowing in.
And with your exhale,
Let go of any of these blockages.
Let go of anything that is keeping you from stepping in to your chosen future.
And we continue to walk along this path,
Breathing.
And let's imagine,
As we walk along,
That you are stepping away from whatever is holding you down,
And stepping in to your future.
Visualize yourself stepping in to your new reality,
The life you created,
With your personal goals.
Allow this new feeling to move through you,
Growing with each step.
And as you do,
This feeling spreads within you.
And as this feeling spreads,
There is also a feeling of gratitude,
A feeling of abundance.
Let these thoughts help you manifest this life that you desire.
In this moment,
You are unstoppable.
You are breaking free and stepping forward.
Feel your chest and your heart lift up.
As you accept in these feelings of gratitude,
You come closer to your desired life.
And as you begin to make your way back home,
Back to the start,
Let's do so by making a list of all the things in your life right now that you are grateful for.
With each step back,
Think of something you are grateful for.
