No forcing, no fixing-just allowing your heart to open and emanate its natural frequency. This practice is not just healing-it’s part of your soul’s purpose. So take a breath, soften into yourself, and let the energy of love move through you.

Hey friend,

Welcome to the balanced lover energy meditation.

And when we step into the lover energy,

What we're really doing here is opening the heart,

But in a way where we're not always giving love and never receiving,

Like the excessive lover,

Or being lonely,

Closed-hearted,

Empty,

Where we stay away from relationships,

Like the deficient lover.

When we step into balance,

We can both give and receive love,

And some of the other qualities of the lover energy might be compassion,

Wholeness,

Acceptance,

Honesty,

Authenticity,

The ability to connect with others.

If I was to ask you to point to yourself,

You would probably point to the center of your chest,

And so the lover energy that emanates from the heart center,

The energetic heart,

Is where we often find our identity,

Where we feel who we truly are.

It's also a place where we can cultivate trust,

Trust in ourselves,

In others,

And trust in life,

And it's a place where we can experience oneness with all of life.

So love in a very deep,

Broad sense.

I love life,

I love existence,

And I love myself,

And not in an inflated way,

That would be the excessive lover,

Or I don't love myself,

Which would be the deficient lover.

So let's go into meditation here,

Let's find that balanced,

Fulfilled lover energy and allow it to really emanate out of that heart center.

And just so you know,

I love doing this,

So go ahead,

Close your eyes,

Take a few deep breaths,

Loosen up.

There's nothing stiff about the lover,

The lover energy is about wholeness.

So from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet,

Out to your fingertips,

Say hello to the wholeness of your body.

Say hello to the wholeness of your emotional body.

Say hello to the wholeness of your mental body.

And then say hello to your heart.

Maybe even just touch the center of your chest with your hand and just say hello to your heart.

Allow it to start to awaken.

Maybe it's been asleep for a little while.

And in this meditation,

What I'd like you to do is to find one energy that your lover energy wants to cultivate and express out into the world.

So,

For example,

It might be compassion,

It might be acceptance,

It could be honesty,

Joy,

Bliss,

It could just be love,

And not just love,

But it could be love,

Or perhaps another energy I didn't mention that you feel inside yourself.

So the balanced lover is able to give and receive love.

It's able to give and receive any energy.

What is an energy that you want to both give and receive?

What is an energy that you want to vibrate in?

If you were walking around the world and you can vibrate in an energy that emanates out of your heart and touches people around you,

What would that be?

And sharing this energy is not just an exercise in a meditation,

But it actually may be part of your soul's purpose to live in this energy and touch the world with it.

If you don't cultivate it,

Maybe you'll never really fully fulfill your potential.

So what I'd like you to do is allow yourself to feel this energy radiating out of the center of your chest and creating almost like a field of energy around your body.

Maybe it has a color to it,

A frequency.

For example,

What does trust feel like as it radiates around you?

Or honesty or authenticity,

Compassion,

Love,

Acceptance.

Perhaps it radiates about an arm's length around you.

Recognize if you've been able to emanate this energy in its fullness in your life,

Or if there's been something holding you back.

For example,

If you want to emanate authenticity,

But you're afraid to be judged,

Or you want to emanate love,

But you're afraid to be rejected.

See if as you start to cultivate this energy,

Just by feeling it,

Feel the vibration.

As you cultivate it,

Maybe it helps you let go of whatever has been holding it back.

And here's the secret to this part.

If you want to emanate love,

But you're afraid you'll be rejected or judged,

Show the rejection and judgment that love.

Let that love heal yourself.

If you want to show the world honesty and authenticity,

But you're afraid you'll be criticized,

Show that honesty and authenticity to the criticism energy.

Let it stand in its power.

If it's compassion,

What does it feel like when you're compassionate towards yourself?

Let the energy begin to shift.

And sometimes cultivating an energy is almost like finding the right musical note.

There's something subtle in the process.

You sit still with patience.

And in music,

We use our ear to listen to the subtlety of sounds.

And in meditation,

We use our mind's eye to see the subtlety of energy and the heart to feel the energy.

So it's a kind of sensitivity that you cultivate over time as you meditate.

So let yourself be still and just sense it.

Allow this energy to start to grow,

To start to expand from your heart center out around your body.

And I'd like you to notice how this energy affects the world.

For example,

If you were fully living in this energy without any hesitation,

How would the people around you respond?

How would you make them feel?

How would your life be different?

Let yourself see that,

Feel it,

And own it.

Energetically own it.

Make sure you're breathing.

Recognize that cultivating your inner lover energy is a very deep part of your soul's gift to the world and to yourself.

The lover can give and receive freely without manipulation,

Without any need to control.

It's a natural movement of love,

A natural movement of energy.

Great work.

When you're ready,

Take a deep breath in and easy sigh out.

And you could slowly open your eyes and come out of meditation.
