This is a little short mantra or affirmations on overwhelm.
Overwhelm seems to come at all of us now in today's society.
So this is just a short little reminder you can listen to to kind of put you back into accepting that Overwhelm is just a feeling,
It's a choice and you can choose differently.
Today I choose to be more optimistic.
I'm feeling more confident than ever before.
This is a new day and I welcome it with curiosity.
And I feel blessed to have another day with another moment to choose again.

I honor this day with love and wonder and I am thankful for my ability to be resilient and strong.
I'm also aware that I can always change my perspective.
I choose workarounds to do and get to what I need done.
I have what it takes to make a great day and I have unlimited potential to create new experiences for myself.

I have a vivid fun imagination and I love imagining wonderful things.
I'm eager to work on what I can do and I accept that I can't do everything.
I have a clean slate in front of me on every next breath.
I choose my intentions,
My choices and I choose with the best of intentions.
