Hello.
Welcome to your meditation to help relax your pelvic floor.
Find a comfortable position where you feel relaxed and you can be free of distractions.
Take some deep,
Slow breaths.
As you inhale,
We are calming the nervous system.
And as you exhale,
Allow any tension to just fall away from your body.
We want to bring our awareness to our pelvic floor and our connection to our breath.
So place your hands on your pelvis and relax and imagine that you're grounded and that you feel supported.
Imagine your hands are glowing,
Healing energy that can send love,
Healing and support into your pelvic floor area.
Your body can hear you.
It's always there to support you.
So take a deep breath in and let it out.
Take another one in and then let it out.
Feel secure and supported.
Breathe out any pain and tension and breathe out any emotions you no longer need.
Breathe out any fears or anxiety.
Breathe out discomfort,
Frustration,
Judgment,
Fear or pain.
Now if you find any tight areas,
Stay there for a moment and really mentally visualize letting them soften.
Let go of any tension or muscle tightness.
Imagine softening like a velvet blanket enveloping your pelvic floor.
Now let's breathe into both sides of your pelvic floor.
Relax the right side and picture your pelvic floor clock.
Start at the top of the clock and breathe into 12 o'clock.
Now use your breath and your energy to visually relax this area.
Imagine that you're feeling ripples of softness envelop you like velvet.
You feel the energy in and out,
In and out.
Melt the area and open yourself up.
Bring in a rose-colored soft warm light that washes over your pelvic floor with healing energy and just allow yourself to float in this colored light.
Feel the warmth,
The gentleness of it washing over you with love and healing.
Allow the softness to just relax your pelvic floor.
Continue to inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale and just allow yourself to be relaxed.
You're safe.
You're supported.
Allow that energy just to give to you.
The gentle healing energy.
Just relax.
Inhale and exhale.
Send love with your hands and in your mind's eye to your pelvic floor.
Exhale any tension,
Any leftover anxiety or fear that you may still have.
Just let it go.
Now let's bring our awareness back to our surroundings and just remember that you can always send this healing light to your pelvic floor and you always have that velvet blanket to keep you safe,
Secure and healed.
