Two-minute tune-up to return to your frequency.

Pause wherever you are.

You don't need to close your eyes unless you want to.

Take one slow breath in through your nose for four counts.

Pause and exhale through the mouth for six.

Again,

Breathing in,

Pause,

And exhaling through the mouth.

Feel your feet on the ground.

Notice the air around you.

You are safe right here and right now.

You are safe.

Say to yourself,

I am grounded in the present moment.

I am safe to receive good things.

I am capable,

Deserving,

And supported.

I choose to return to the frequency of abundance.

And just allow those words to reset your energy.

Take one final deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Let the tension melt away from your body.

You are back,

Calm,

Clear,

And connected.
