Good morning meditation.

Good morning.

And before we rush into today,

We're going to take a few minutes together to settle ourselves,

To centre into the day ahead and to remind your whole system that you are safe,

Supported and ready to receive.

Sitting somewhere comfortably,

Gently close your eyes,

Give the shoulders a nice roll back and straighten the spine.

We will begin with the breath.

Inhaling softly through the nose for a count of four,

Breathing in two,

Three,

Four,

Pausing,

Breathing out two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Once more,

Breathing in two,

Three,

Four,

Pausing,

Breathing out two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Now just let the breath go,

Let your rhythm become natural.

Allow yourself to feel calm and steady.

With every exhale,

Just allow your body to soften.

Just let your mind clear,

Give your mind permission to clear.

Bring attention to your heart.

If you feel safe to do so,

Place your hands over your heart.

See if you can sense the beating of your heart.

Recognise the life moving through you.

Quietly repeat after me or say the words inside your mind,

Whatever you feel comfortable doing today.

I am grateful for another day of life.

I am open to all the good that wants to find me today.

I walk through this day with clarity,

Calm and confidence.

I trust that things are working in my favour,

Even when I can't yet see how.

I am aligned with the rhythm of flow,

Not the noise of worry.

Allow those words to sink in,

Allow them to become a part of you.

Imagine yourself centred in your own energy,

Your feet grounded and your breathing easy.

Your awareness is becoming gently anchored inside your body.

From this calm centre,

Become aware of the universe around you.

The vastness of energy,

Intelligence and creation that surrounds all of us.

Imagine it as a living field of light and possibility,

Stretching endlessly in every direction.

Within the vastness,

There is a current and you begin to sense this current.

It's a soft golden pulse.

This is the frequency of abundance.

It feels generous,

It feels warm and it feels alive.

Now begin to reach out to this frequency with your awareness and begin to feel it responding to you.

You begin to draw it nearer and nearer to you.

This golden frequency of light is flowing towards you and as you draw this abundant frequency inwards,

You can see it gently entering your own field and it begins to move through your energy body,

Filling your aura,

Filling your chest,

Your heart,

Your whole being.

You begin to feel warmth,

Tingles and a deep sense of knowing that this abundant frequency is now completely in tune with you.

Gently say to yourself,

I welcome this abundant frequency into every part of my life.

I welcome this abundant frequency into every aspect of my being.

And if you sense any fear,

Doubt or frustration creeping in,

Just breathe into that and just allow it to gently dissolve and release.

Just keep breathing in this abundant frequency more and more.

You are now connected.

You are connected with the frequency of abundance and you can carry this throughout your day.

Take a final slow breath in,

Allow yourself to smile and say softly to yourself,

Thank you for this new day.

Thank you for this connection.

May I move through this day in harmony with ease and trust.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes and take this feeling into everything that you do today.

You are calm,

You are open and you are abundant.
