Close the eyes,
Roll the shoulders back,
Allow the hands to fall gently into your lap,
Either palms facing up or facing down,
Letting go,
Feeling softness within,
Becoming present.
Find your breath,
Allow yourself to witness the breath coming in and flowing out.
On each out breath,
Allow the body to let go a little more.
On each out breath,
Allow a sense of lightness to travel through the body as we release.
Feel your body becoming lighter.
Give yourself permission to let go.
Allow yourself to let go of thought,
Emotions,
Feelings,
Let go of the day,
Let go of the moment.
Bring in a sense of freeness as you do this.
There is nothing to do,
There is nowhere to go and as you let go,
You feel lighter and lighter.
Any worries,
Any fears,
Any negativity,
Just allow it to pause for a moment.
We don't want to push these feelings aside but sometimes if we can just play pause on them and allow ourselves to just be,
We can invite new space into our energy centre.
So whatever is going on in your world,
Just allow it to pause for a moment while we sit in this light energy of silence,
This beautiful space we are creating in this moment,
A moment of freedom.
Just breathe into that,
Let everything go.
Just spend a few moments sitting in this space we have created.
Now bring yourself back into the moment,
Into the present.
Start feeling into your body,
